We've been dining here for many years. They have excellent food at great prices. One of my favorites is the 12 piece fried shrimp dinner with 2 sides for $7.50 served between 3-6 everyday. They also have a delicious chef salad if you want something...MoreWe are so grateful for our loyal locals! Thank you so much for returning time and time again!

This is an old style DQ with no inside dining, it's walk up only. Another nice stop for walkers or bicycle riders around town. The service has always been friendly and fast. The north wall of the parking lot is also home one of our murals so you'll have time to view it while enjoying a frosty treat.

Friends on sailboats stopped for lunch, raw oysters were great but the waitress was so busy she forgot the crackers and we had to tackle her just about to get her attention. She mistakenly filled our unsweetened tea with sweetened and it was the same situation, hard to get her attention and then she was in such a hurry it was hard for her to understand what we wanted. We had dinner salads with Mahi that were delicious, the place appears nice and clean and the view is great.

A little slice of Saint Augustine in Downtown Palatka!
We were looking for antiques and sporting goods and found the Magnolia Cafe. What a great find. My wife and I weren't really starved, but we ordered toast, sides of potatoes, one cookie, and one muffin. Everything was VERY good, presented well, and tasted great. I would go back there just to eat some more of those grilled red potatoes! I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My friend introduced us to this Pizza. It is by far his favorite and we recommend that you try it as well. The owner is super nice and you can't get a better quality Pizza in the Palatka area. The seating area is small so we normally do take out and enjoy at home.

All I had was the lunch special, but it was SPECIAL! Hawg Wash is my new favorite barbecue if other dishes are half as good as the pulled pork, slaw and beans. Even the tea was outstanding (not something you can count on in most places). Food was FAR superior to the nearby franchise BBQ restaurants. I will definitely be dropping by here on a regular basis. Service was fast and friendly, prices very reasonable, atmosphere okay, portions large. They have beer, but unfortunately nothing fancy, no locals or real crafts. Maybe when the word gets out about this place, they can add the more expensive brews.

Stopped by a second time to see if the food and service was a good as last time. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Place was busy and the staff stayed on top of everything. Will be back again and again.

Nostalgia abounds! Really cool atmosphere in old dining car. Takes you back to the ‘50’s! BEST HANDMADE ONION RINGS ON THE PLANET! The cheeseburger was incredible. My wife loved it too. Great homemade soup. Great shakes. Our server was adorable, very attentive with a killer smile. I want her to marry one of my sons!!

If you are looking for a fancy restaurant then this isn't the place. Operating out of what looks like a converted trailer with recycled furniture the initial impression is that it isn't going to be good. Well, you'll be surprised... the service was great and the food inexpensive and tasty. Between us we had the NY strip, chicken and scallops with fried okra and fries. Yes, they could have more choices in steak other than NY strip and prime rib but better to have two and get it right then ten and not. For $52 for dinner, beer and one dessert for three, it's hard to beat.

The tortilla chips for dipping were being freshly made as we waited. I had the tilapia ranchera with beans and rice--excellent! Unexpectedly tasty food in a small town. Tres leches desert also very good. My fellow diners also loved the food and were raving about it.
