Creativity without the required tecnique to execute. Ideas sounded good. execution was subpar for the style of cuisine. For less money than you will pay here you can have a top experience by chefs that spent many years at the very best restaurants. You will have to go to Cadaquès, Blanes or Barcelona, but you will have better produce, better execution an better service. At this price they weirdly are willing to serve the wine for you all the time but also want you to reuse the same dirty silverware for all dishes, fish and meat included. We had to ask for them to be changed a couple of times. I can see this place was successful at the beggining if prices were more moderate, the cuisine is indeed original and if the chef would bother to improve his technique he has potential. When he is charging this much for a recicled bar, no, not good enough. We won't repeat. Not to say it is bad, but nowhere near the expectations generated.

We had fresh houmous with warm flat bread, delicious and crisp (bang bang) tempura prawns, stunning salmon tartar with diced avocado! The chicken balti curry was well spiced with tender casseroled thigh meat...just a slight error in oversalting that one dish. The homemade blueberry cheesecake was delicious. We found the bottle of Ramon Bilbao rioja a nice drop for a fair price. The service was very friendly and efficient. The food presentation was excellent and the style and decor is lovely. Whilst it's family friendly, it's really more of a romantic setting so I personally would not take young children.

We had a truly wonderful,dining experience at Turandot. Authentic Spanish food, somewhat different to that to be found in the rest of the town, very well chosen local wines, and excellent service from charming staff. We have visited Begur many times and cannot understand why we have not been to this restaurant before!

My family and I chose to visit DeTres according to the very positiv comments and nice setting captured by the picture on the website.It was a very good choice!We had some appetizers (grilled vegetables - asparagus were super! - grilled muscles), followed by a grilled bream and baby prawns cooked in tempura, all combined with a tasty local dry white wine. To finish lemon sorbet with limoncello, browny with ice cream and dark chocolate ice cream balls with whipped cream.On top of a very nice and intimate location, the owners were simply amazing, welcoming us, treating us with a lot of care and spending time with us chatting about Catalonia and the camarca of Baix Empordà .We really had the opportunity to experience a piece of Catalonia! Well done! Keep it up!HelloWe are really amazed with your feelings about us. We try to make our guests feel as home, and gave them the best experience. Thank you, we hope to see you soon.

We stopped here for lunch and were very pleased with the quality and choice of food on offer, friendliness of staff and overall experience. A party of 4 people, we sat outside and had drinks first. Even though it was the lunch period we were not hurried into ordering food until we were ready. All dishes served were freshly cooked and very tasty. I had beef ravioli which is a dish that can lack flavour if not cooked well, but this was full of flavour. Seafood pasta was also delicious. Bar looked newly refurbished. We were only passing though the resort on our way to the airport but, if i was staying here, i would definitely have come back to the bar again in the evening for drinks/food.
