Without enough time for the islands, downtown BKK for the entire time wld be too much. Hotel arranged super safe and smooth PCR test - a drive-through swab with windows rolled down, at World Medical Hospital! Results ready in mere 6 hrs. Same for pre-flight tests back to HK. Motor show and book fair were on, 2 mins from walk bridge, perfect ad hocs for the boys! Excellent tennis coach (Gary, Haiwaiian) at the Impact Tennis Academy. Covered courts! Amazing karting fun in the breezy evenings, with huge food choices (at Lakefront). Was told Kimi (Raikkonen) has been at the Impact Speed Park, not once but 3 times! Don’t forget the outlets - went Nike outlet to stock up some outgrown essentials. We have stayed at their suite a few times, so it’s like a home away from home for the family. Bright, clean, quiet and spacious, with strong shower. One small snag — the fridge magnetic catch need fixing! Lounge is closed because of CoV but downstairs decor is actually quite nice.

Reviewed By markdY5737RYHotel Contracted Transportation Service was substandard, vehicle was well used, driver did not know the route to the hotel and the COVID 19 testing center. We spent 3 hours in the vehicle prior to arrival at the hotel.....which the driver drove past the first time.

Too noisy by Chinese guest

But ruined your Chinese guest too noisy , the whole hotel have only one elevator that can contain 5 or 6 guest! The wall is too thin u can hear the person next door noise very clear! My room was very bad smell from the bathroom drain they should fix immediately!

It's cheap and clean

It's very clean, comfortable bed and everything you could want. £80 for 4 nights paid 3500baht including 100B deposit. There are 2 areas you can sit and relax with snacks and alcohol purchased from the hotel. First stay had breakfast to the room in the morning basic English/American breakfast not great, wouldn't bother. There is a lovely Bistro ( part of the hotel I believe) next door, great food and great area to sit and chill, 7/11 close by.

Really good hotel, not much of a location.
Reviewed By Trevor HThe hotel itself is great. The room was huge, breakfast was good and the staff was very accommodating. I was not a fan of the location. There are restaurants local but if you want to walk to one you have to walk close to the road which can be a bit scary. In order to get to the city I took a taxi to the Bang Wa station and was able to travel from there just fine. Personally, I prefer staying in the city as there are more options for shopping, food and transportation.

Soi Leabklongprapa.We are surrounded by IMPACT MuangThongThani , Central Chaengwattana , Goverment complex, Consular section,Express way, Shopping mall and The Avenue. From Botanic to other place.(By car) Lotus, Big C , : 3 mins (7 mins walking) The Avenue Chaengwattana (Fuji,Starbuck, etc. : 5 mins St.Francisxavier school : 7 mins Califonia Fitness : 5 mins Impact Muangthongthani : 12 mins Sport City complex : 8 mins Express way : 10 mins We are sure that the Botanic Service room will answer every of your needs :-)

Reviewed By Chana CIf you are looking for the place close to government complex or consulates there are more places closer and better .The place was nice but staff unhelpful, terrible WiFi. This place not included breakfast it’s 100 per one.In their description had bicycles use for free but it wasn’t true.

Perfect Getaway from Hectic Bangkok
Reviewed By yhshuiWe went to this Hotel, as a weekend getaway from the City of Bangkok, staying one night. We could not fault this Hotel for the price. The room we stayed in, was exceptionally clean and it was comfortable, with traditional Thai interior design. Hotel grounds consisted of flora & fauna (well maintained), a traditional Thai House with veranda overlooking river and a dipping pool. Nearby river walk, leadings to local market, was a plus and we walked there post breakfast. No faults really, but agree the pool could be better maintained, as it is such a nice part of the Hotel.
