A popular sea food restaurant in Kuantan and it is quite easy to find (situated along the main road) and parking is convenient too.The service is fast, menu extensive and food cooked quickly. The food itself is Chinese but cooked in halal way so no pork dishes. But it doesn't in any way affect the taste. The place is large and spacious and they carry a lot of live seafood so the food is fresh. The place is rather laid back and suitable for large groups.I would strongly recommend the stuffed crab (their speciality) and a rather uncommon dish too. In general the food is good and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices (cheaper than similar ones in Kuantan).Highly recommended for those looking for good Chinese food in Kuantan. The other Chinese restaurants tend to be located in more difficult to access places or often require one to queue or crowded.

Speciality "stuffed crabs" in Kemaman,RM10/pc.Food was only average and pricey. Was disappointed as it wasn't up to the expectation.Staff there wasn't very friendly either.
This is s newly opened restaurant along with many more in the new part of The East Coast Mall. It's a franchise so food and prices are standard but the service was good and tasted good too.

There are many restaurant in Tanjung Lumpur but we kept coming back to Ana Ikan Bakar Petai. Their signature of ikan bakar petai never disappoint us. We chose ikan Aji for ikan bakar and it is so fresh. Other than that we've chose flower crab (salted egg), razor clam (masak pedas), squid (celup tepung), tomyam and omelette. The place is nice, clean and breezy.

Very authentic and have many choices of fried seafoods, Terengganu kuih, satar (the best), nasi campur, keropok lekor and others such as a la carte menu (nasi goreng, mee goreng etc). We went to Alor Akar Restaurant for dinner twice during our brief vacation in Kuantan. On both occasions, it was crowded, but the food quality remained very good. Dinner # 1 : Steamed Patin fish in soya sauce, pork ribs in fruit sauce, stir fried water spinach (kangkung) in belacan paste. Dinner # 2 : Steamed patin fish in soya sauce, salted egg squid, and kungpao mantis prawns. Yes, we loved the steamed Patin fish so much, we ordered it twice. Both dinners cost about RM60+, which was very reasonable considering the large portions despite us ordering the small size for all dishes. We would definitely revisit the next time we're in Kuantan....so many more menu items to savour.
