Were it socially acceptable, I would drink the salsa here. If you do not like garlic, however, it may not be for you. The place is huge with a patio that can be opened in nice weather, but is otherwise closed in for year-round seating, which makes the place huge. Even on the busiest evenings, and there are many, the wait is never long. The service is very fast and I have never had anything from the menu that I did not like. I love the shrimp burrito with avocado sauce and my husband likes the burrito con papas. When we get the fajitas for two, we always have leftovers and I use them in eggs as an omelette or fritatta the next morning and it is out of this world. They often have live music certain nights, so you may want to call to see when, if you enjoy live music. The atmosphere is energetic and the decor is bright, colorful, and really says Mexico. They have an oversize chair for photos. There are always lots of families there.

Great country food for a great price. We had the half chicken and grilled catfish/shrimp. All tasted wonderful although I'd probably get the catfish fried next time. The sides were just extraordinary. Absolutely the best cream corn ever and the fried okra was almost the best ever. Coleslaw was also very nice. Must try chocolate cobbler!!! Wow! Tastes just like grandmas homemade❤️

Restaurnat located in old house filled with antique furniture and featuring gourmet country cooking with a selection of an entrée and two or three or three sides for lunch and rib -eye steak, shrimp, surf and turf and catfish on Friday and Saturday night.
We enjoy taking the 20 mile drive from Huntsville out in the country to this unique restaurant. We have never been disappointed with the food. Their hushpuppies are great, and we like the fried green tomatoes appetizer. Over the years we have tried most of the menu items and have enjoyed everything we tried. There is one room that will accommodate 50 or so people where we have eaten with groups.

I hesitate to put a review on TA because it might bring the crowds, but this is such a great little restaurant. Authentic Mexican food (I ask for additional hot sauce for my salsa because it's not very spicy), which is not a criticism at all. I know they've adapted it for the majority of their clientele. A couple runs it. My husband gets the fajitas every time (they are great) and I try to try different things, but I've never had anything I didn't like. A great little out of the way place!

Casual Family Italian Dining
The Hampton Cove/Owen's Cross Roads area has seen a tremendous increase in housing, but the restaurant scene has not kept up. Fortunately Tortora's is here. It is a great place to go for lunch and dinner to enjoy great Italian dishes and pizza. It has expanded several times in recent years so in addition to the main dining room there is a large party room great for the many kids sports parties that are held there through the year. There is even a cozy sports bar/dining room that is a great place to go at night or afternoon after a round of golf at the nearby Hampton Cove golf course.

We are so blessed to have the Meek's BBQ local. Moist Brisket, Tangy BBQ, awesome coleslaw and beans. We have never had anything on the menu that we could not recommend. They catered my retirement ceremony and 125 servings were gobbled up by 70 people. Not because the servings were small, but because everyone kept going back and filling their plates. They also sell Coke products (Big Plus) and delicious sweet tea. Stop by when you pass through so you don't miss out. Parking lot can handle buses and RVs easily.

Great service, good location, fantastic sense of humor, all around great visit. Wife got the pulled pork and I got the ribs. Both were pretty good and the fella working the counter even gave me some extra bones for my dogs.

Was visiting in Huntsville and enjoyed my first time to eat at Rosie's Mexican Cantina. The meal was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I had the Custom Combo Platter with three choices of various enchiladas or tacos with Mexican rice and refried beans for $10.95. As a bonus, it was Wednesday and half-price bottled Mexican beer. I will definitely go back next time I am in Huntsville.

Japanese cuisine with a twist of modern day technique. Our Foods served tapas style and reasonable prices, guests can order two or three dishes per person and share family style!
This is a place with good intentions and poor results. The "fusion" simply didn't work for me or my guests. I tried dining there twice with the same results each time. I don't know what the other reviewers are eating, but the sushi I was...MoreOn be half of yoshi i apologize for your experience , i hope you give us another chance to make your experience dine with us wonderful.

There are chick-fil-as and then there are CHICK-FIL-As. This is a superstar location. The food is always excellent, even when they are super-crowded. The staff is great and we love visiting. You could not ask for more or better.
