Very good flavor of ice cream! Lots of flavors and toppings. Always a busy place!!
Recommend this to everyone of all ages. They do have tables to sit down at. They also have it set up with Route 96 decor. There is also a bbq there too!

Nice place has good coffee at reasonable prices. Always has some good fresh pastries. Small seating area in front, I like the window seats for people watching. More "coffee house" type seating in the back.

I have heard a lot about this new (well relatively; this was my first visit) restaurant. The interior is so eclectic and inviting. The owners did an outstanding job remodeling the space, keeping the interior’s original feel. The menu is primarily sandwiches [these aren’t your “typical” by any means: they’re made with large fresh slices of real ham, real Turkey and thick cut perfectly crisp bacon!] but they did have chili, which on a cold rainy day was just the thing! The chili was incredible. I ordered a bowl and could barely finish it, yet I did just because it was so incredibly good: thick, with big pieces of fresh meat, perfectly cooked. It came with a cornbread muffin. The only complaint is that this side muffin was pretty small. It was a warm, moist, melt in your mouth muffin, though. Probably a big reason I feel the size is pretty small. The restaurant itself was full the entire time, even though our lunch was a little after 1:00. There’s definitely a reason! Fantastic and I can’t wait to return.

Seasonal family owned business serving hard and soft ice cream, milkshakes, floats, classic and creative sundaes. Ice Cream Works! also specializes in handcrafted ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cakes. We also have a fun ice cream truck that can be rented for corporate events, picnics, family reunions, school or organization functions!
We have only been here once, but enjoyed the range of selection of Perry's ice cream. We like to visit Owego to shop in the many interesting shops. We first got to experience Owego traveling from our former home in Fulton, NY and now have relocated in Pennsylvania. Not too much to say--it serves ice cream

This place is an absolute must if you're ever in Owego! The artwork displayed is interesting and amazing! And while you're enjoying some beauty, you may enjoy a delicious cup of freshly made coffee (various types), as well as, scrumptious freshly made pastries, etc.
To top it all off, on certain days/times, there is great live music!
I've thoroughly enjoyed myself every time I've gone there, and look forward to stopping in again when I return to visit family in Owego next year.

We sat outside on the deck overlooking the river. The views were great and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves on a Saturday afternoon.
The sandwiches are complex and the waitress said they change very often.
My companion had a very generous chicken salad sandwich on a delicious multi grain bread; mine was a very complex combination of vegetables on the same bread. Very good coffee. The small pasta salad was also very complex with several different flavors.
Service was very pleasant but a bit slow because the sandwiches are made to order. There is a fast service option: several people had desserts only.
One small negative; truck traffic on the bridge was very heavy. We found it interesting to watch them and because the restaurant is on the north side of the bridge, fumes were not a problem.

Stopped on a weekday at noon on our way through town based upon friends' recommendation. So glad we did. We both ordered muffalettas and they were excellent. Great fresh made olive salad and large portions of meat and cheese.Generous side of excellent french fries. House wines were very good and were priced very cheaply (2 for 1). Service is quick and setting is unique.Recommended for lunch. Seems like a great dinner menu as well.

This place has been there for a long time and continues to serve great pizza. I have not tried the pasta, however, if the pizza is an indication, you can't go wrong ....

Nice building, I ordered Baby back ribs... waiter came back told me they didn't have any. So ordered Fish and Chips special. I was served a very small portion of fish with Potato chips as the "Chips" the acoustics are terrible, we couldn't hear each other talking due to other diners voices . Waiters were very nice.

Las Chicas Taqueria is a West Coast style taco shop. We feature 11 different handmade tacos as well as mission style burritos, quesadillas, taco salads, enchiladas and much more! We pride ourselves on our quality and fresh ingredients! Located on historic River Row in beautiful Owego, New York. Enjoy a casual atmosphere inside or out on our deck overlooking the river.
We went here for lunch as a reccomendation and wow we were very happy we did. The menu is a good size and I like the self serve style of dinning. You place your order then seat yourself. They have outside dinning right on the river and it was perfect for a spring day. The food took a little longer than other mexican restaurants and we realized everything was very fresh and made to order, not covered in sauce. loved the fish tacos on the handmade shell.
