This place is temporarily closed due to fire.
Downtown Ottawa has beautiful architecture, and thanks to Keim Bakery, it has a solid foundation in the burger business. Everything from cookies to pies to cakes are delightful at Keim's but get the burger. Seriously. It's all made from scratch; It's built like a burger should be. The beef is thick and juicy and well seasoned, the lettuce crisp and tomatoes fresh. And the bun. You'll want to buy an
Eight pack (which you can) just to take home, because no other bun will suffice after you've basked in this homemade burger bun.

Family BBQ restaurant.
Went with group of friends after church. Large parking lot was full, a good sign. Friends said that's normal because it is the best in town. Waited about 25 minutes for a table, but worth the wait. Typical BBQ, but better than most. I had half slab of ribs. Huge and delicious, falling off the bone, served on slices of bread. Baked beans and coleslaw rounded out my lunch. Shared some of my wife's sweet potato tots, and a friend's house cooked potato chips. Another friend had a LOADED (!) baked potato, which included pulled pork. Some had smoked Turkey on either a large bun or a slider bun. Everyone was stuffed and satisfied!

Coffee shop. Free wifi. Lots of seating with couches, overstuffed chairs, booths, tables and chairs. Great place to hang out, relax, study, meet with friends or coworkers. Excellent home made muffins! Featuring Roasterie coffee.
A nice find! Just recently opened. Enter through the alley between 1st and 2nd Streets, just a block west of Main. Cute place, friendly, spacious inside with a cozy fireplace seating area on one end; limited patio seating. Great for a relaxed gathering with friends. The drinks were excellent. Serving both hot and cold coffees, mochas, lattes, smoothies, plus a few baked items. The muffins baking smelled wonderful. Looks like a soft jazz jam session waiting to happen. Awesome.

Best ice cream place in town. The meals aren't bad either. The chicken tenders are so good. The blizzards, peanut buster parfait, & all the other choices give you much variety in ice cream. The décor is clean & upgraded.

These are so light, they don't lay on your stomach, the way casey's donuts do. They put creme filling in the long john's when you order them, instead of it being in there for a long time. And there so good they run out before noon, so you got to get there early if ya want the good one's

Friendly staff greeted us at the door. Excellent menu. Good specials. Enjoyed the ambiance. Good food. Excellent champagne shrimp, bread, salad and dessert. My steak Marsala was overdone and had onion when I had been promised it would be left out. Otherwise a good experience! Reasonably priced.

Unlike many, Pizza Time constantly rolls out fresh pizzas throughout the lunch buffet. Each one is well crafted and piping hot. You just can't stop with one or even two trips through the line! The fresh made cookies and dessert pizza are too good to wait to the end! As an additional bonus, it serves Pepsi products! And I think they have salad; who wastes space on salad?

My hubby and I stopped in at this DQ on a hot afternoon. There were a couple of people waiting for their orders, and at least four young ladies working behind the counter. Even though the ladies were focused on their jobs and seemed to work well together, it still took a while for our ice cream to come out. However, our orders were made correctly and it was sure tasty!

Stopped in for a quick lunch with the daughters who stopped in from work, we ordered for them in advance so they would not be held up, meals were slow and service was slower can't blame the help they seemed short handed, we even paid at the bar in order to speed things up, looked like our waitress was also the bartender, lunch time is not a good time to be short as too many people have short lunch breaks and need to get back to work on time, the food was decent we had ordered soup and appetizer sampler
