This is one of the many small restaurants on the second floor of the Kansai International Airport complex. "551 Horai" Chinese food restaurant chain is well known in Japan for their simple Japanese-style Chinese food and their steamed buns with port and vegetable filling.The service was quick and foods (Mabo tofu rice and seafood fried noodle) were good and filling. Pricing is slightly higher, probably due to its location at airport.

The service was a bit slow, it took more than ten minutes for my drink to come.I had ordered half a crispy duck, when it came it was just the crispy skin, a few pieces on prawn crackers. The skin was rolled at the table into pancakes.One beer and rolls (8) cam to $ 90!!!!!!!!

We checked in early and went looking for breakfast. Saw this shop selling a Chinese Dumpling & Dim Sum breakfast set at 750 Yen. We gave it a try but were quite disappointed. Other than the dumplings, all the rest of the food in the set taste terrible.

２回行ったことがあります。１回目はマーボー豆腐を２回目は豚肉とキクラゲの炒めものを食べました。四川料理と名乗っているだけあって、マーボー豆腐は普通に辛いです。辛さは調整できます（より辛くできます）が、普通のやつでも汗がたくさん出てくるほど辛いです。みんなで汗をかきながら食べました。でも、みんな口をそろえて「辛いけど、おいしい!!」と言っていました。自分自身もそう思います。辛いのが苦手な人でも、豚肉とキクラゲの炒めものなど辛くないメニューがあります。でも、お店の人に確認した方がいいと思います。いろんなメニューを食べてみたいと思います。常連さんも多くいて、辛いけど回鍋肉がおいしいって言ってました。二胡の教室もやっていて、タイミングが良ければ聞けるかもしれません。世界にひとつだけの花を弾いてもらいました。宴会メニューもありますし、数人集まれば送迎もしてくれるみたいですよ。

用事があったので、夜遅くにおうかがいしましたが、23時頃までの営業ということで助かりました。天津飯(チャーハン入り)をいただきましたが、かなりのボリュームで、女性には多かったと思います。もちろん、味は美味しいですよ！とてもリーズナブルでした。
