At the Brickhouse Grill we strive to provide our customers with a unique dining experience by serving only the freshest ingredients and providing outstanding service in a casual contemporary atmosphere.
The quality of the food, service, food presentation is that of a higher end restaurant! The prices seem a bit high for entrees until you see the presentation and taste the fresh quality of their fare. My crab stuffed haddock was the best I have ever had. My friends duck was perfect. Then there are the desserts.....my oatmeal/orange/cranberry cookie ala mode was to die for. Definitely a place to add to our list of returns.

Off the beaten track but a great find in the Pottsville area. Small but very pleasant, clean, and friendly cafe. The food is made fresh daily and was very, very good. Would go back whenever I'm in the area. Only lunch menu. Time open is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They make their own potato chips (yum) and french fries (not frozen).

The variety of ice cream flavors is great and the prices are very reasonable. Nice to have a business like this in town. Staff is always friendly and they keep the place very clean.

Came here to waste time in between the Yuengling Brewery tour and the Yuengling Mansion tour the other day with my boyfriend and it was a great atmosphere, mostly locals in the bar but our bartender was friendly and helpful. Cool new looking bar with great views. We only got drinks so we couldn’t speak on the food. But a great convenient downtown spot for a drink and dinner.

This restaurant is a bit out of the way for us so we do not visit it often. Plus, I have to admit, there is another Italian restaurant that we like a bit more. But food here is still excellent.
My wife went with the veal.parm and I tried the seafood medley, fra diavlo. The seafood dish includes clams, shrimps, scallops, and lobster claw meat. I was shocked, but very pleased, with the amount of lobster in the dish.
My wife really enjoyed her veal parm as well. The house wines were also exceptional.

The fat free Gelati is so good and refreshing...Much healthier than regular ice cream.

The place is easy to miss along Rt 61. However, it is definitely somewhere to checkout. Nothing too fancy about the place, some small quirky stuff at most. You food is served fast, tastes great, and you can't beat the prices.
I personally like that it's not a larger diner, or chain. No fooling around. Come in, sit down, order, eat and pay. There is no rush, but you get service. The staff there is great, the place is clean, and it's a good dining experience.

Dinner last night here was among the best on our two week motorcycle trip.
Well prepared cocktails, excellent beer selection.
Gracious informed and efficient service.
Pleasing decor.
Crab cocktail: big pieces of lump meat. Generous serving. Two of us split it. Classic cocktail sauce.
Well prepared Caesar salads. After some disastrous Caesar salads in the South (creepily sugary), these salads were classics.
House special black bass. Sliced carrot+squash, house made warm potato salad, olive and caper sauce. Amazing.
Huge slice of heavenly chocolate cake. More than enough for two.
If we are ever back in Pottsville, we will be sure to dine here.

Casual Fine Dining, patio seating, catering on premise or off premise. Late nite settings. Bring your own wine accepted. Corkage fee.
We have visited a few times, and we are never disappointed. Good service, and great food. There were 7 of us this trip, and noone left hungry. Portion sizes are just right, and everything was delicious. I had the shrimp and scallop ceviche, and a blackened Delmonico with blue cheese. Very good. Prices are average for the area, and it has a nice, laid back atmosphere.
Will definitely visit again.
