Inspired by the farms, vineyards and waters of the Pacific Northwest, we at Pastini are dedicated to serving up two of lifeâs greatest pleasures⦠pasta and wine. We love how a steaming bowl of pasta warms your hands as well as your spirits. We love the so
Wow! A 3$ glass of IPA beer and an entree...6$. And, they were very good. Plus some bread to dip at the table. A good restaurant made better at happy hour. We will go again. Tell you friends.

Drove into Corvallis for a basketball game, and decided to have dinner beforehand. Heard our friends talk about this restaurant, so stopped in to check it out. Lucky us, we found a parking spot, curbside, right in front of the entrance. Walked in, and really had a great first impression. Clean, fairly full, games on TV's, and a variety of patrons: families, couples, groups. We found a booth to sit at, and found out that this is a casual dining place. You find your own place to sit, grab your own menus, and order up at the bar. You bring back your drinks, and a table display with a card. This will identify you, when your meal is brought in from the kitchen. The staff here are very nice, friendly, and very helpful in explaining "how things work here." Our pizzas were brought out very quickly from the kitchen, and they were delicious. Loved the thinner crust, and both of our choices for pizza were yummy! We were in and out in plenty of time for game time tip-off. We are planning to come back again soon. A very nice dining location in downtown Corvallis. Enjoy your meal here!

Come enjoy Neapolitan style pizza made in our wood fired ovens. Everything on our traditional Italian menu is available gluten free.
I was looking forward to a good Italian meal, and my Italian salad tasted good but fell short of the menu description which, coupled with other reviews, brought me in the door. Imagine my surprise at being handed a pre-made salad in a plastic to-go container. When I commented on this, I was directed to plares & silver if I preferred. I was told that this packaging was due to limited prep space. Hmmm. Off putting.Thank you for the review poodlebreath. I'm sorry you feel that the salad fell short of the menu description. Could you be more specific as to how you feel the Italian salad fell short? It's our most popular salad and I generally hear how wonderful the greens are. We buy our greens from local farmers as much as possible. During the winter months we have to buy from organic farmers with hot houses. The greens are delivered in the morning and we immediately assemble the salads and place them the in takeout containers. Our kitchen space is limited and because we specialize in gluten free cuisine, we have made the decision to assemble the salads in the morning. This allows us to stage food preparation so that we can keep our gluten free customers safe. At a later date, when we have more space, I'd love to plate salads.

Pretty much the same as the rest of their locations. Adequate quality food. I would rather go to Pastini's. This is a better place to bring kids and groups. Housed in the old Corvallis Train station which was relocated to the River. Good views.

Staff here is phenomenally friendly, and genuinely interested in what you think if your meal. The pizza is excellent: good sauce, amazing sausage, and a solid crust. I'd put this in the top handful of pizza places I've been to, due to the combination of the pizza quality and the friendly staff. Was a great location to walk to from the Best Western. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Local and NW Ingredients. Organic when possible.
Super busy Friday night before a Saturday home football game. Itâs a lot easier to be at your best when not pushed to your limits. Bravo!
