One of my favorite brewing companies, Elephant and Mammoth IPA's are fantastic...but the service in the front of the house can't seem to get it together. Bungled the appetizer order and then the meal order. Provided different excuses from separate front end staff. Not upsetting just don't understand when the place is near empty why service isn't tight. I'll be back but limit the next visit to a beer only venture.

The Grove, as it's known by their sign and website, was the perfect place to go after a full day in the sun. It was cool, and dark, with comfortable booths. Plenty of TV's to take in sports action. Good selection of pub food and my burger and fries were great. Taralyn, our server, was very friendly, and service was great. I would definitely go back for a relaxing good meal. Located right on McLoughlin with plenty of parking.

Our favourite find on our last sojourn in Portland. Delightfully blended cocktails couple with delicious snack food, made this the perfect midday stop on our adventure. The venue is non-descript on the outside. True prohibition style. Inside, is a delight, everything is made to look old fashioned, right down to the pos system hidden in the giant bible. The decor is charming. A great find and highly recommended .

We stopped in for lunch (No Movie) and sat outside by the lake to enjoy a surprisingly delicious pizza. The pizza was better than some we have experienced at pizza restaurants. The outside ambiance is calming. I peeked into the theater to see what the seating was like; it's like a restaurant with bar seating and regular tables in the back of the theater where you can eat and drink while enjoying a movie. The theater has a full bar, and a very reasonably priced food menu, as well as the usual theater fare.
I love Gino's/Leipzig Tavern, excellent food excellent wine, great atmosphere, lovely premises, lovely knowledgeable staff. Locally sourced produce, fantastic wine list, good sized portions. Just the best, if you feel you need to read more, I've reviewed Gino's a couple of times, always a pleasure. Go to the Gino's TripAdvisor site or click on all my reviews, if you can take even more enthusiasm and a few more tips!

This is just a local pub / bar, but the service is the best. Super friendly, a little sassy, and good fun. Burgers were great, and the selection of local brews hit the spot. Server made some suggestions that were spot on. Nicely done.

I went to Hopworks for a going away lunch for a co-worker. The service was good, and the food very good -- with large portions. I ordered a side salad -- and it was as large as a dinner salad elsewhere.
