If you're from the Midwest, you already know about broasted chicken. It's something between Fried Chicken and Baked Chicken. It's hard to find, so we stopped to try it out for lunch. The owners were really nice and the chicken turned out great! If you're ever feeling the need for broasted chicken and you're in Seaside, head over to BJ's!

Friendly Greetings here upon arrival. The salad bar has gone down hill since our last visit. White lettuce, very little variety at the salad bar, slimy garbanzo beans and old tomatoes. Promises to bring drinks to the table but no arrival. Promises to come the second time and was extremely slow upon arrival. It was food but lacked luster, lacked TLC. It has been good in the past but just isn't as good. The pizza was good but not the best. We were unimpressed.

It isn't often I've ducked into an eatery off a main road for an "eat and run" type of experience, and left wondering how it turned into something unique. The pizza seemed to have the exact right amount of everything. It was neither over or under cooked as happens too often with pizza by the slice. It also seemed as if the crust were fresher and more care was taken in general of the overall flavor of the pie. I found myself here twice during a short trip to Seaside. While prices weren't cheap, they were by no means unreasonable either. The eatery itself had the distinct feature of being both too crowded and yet comfortable. That only seems like a contradiction until you've experienced it. The same is true of the burgers. Not the best you've had, but certainly enough to lift your mood. The location has its own charm too in spite of it being at the epicenter of most of the commotion on the Broadway strip. In short, no man or woman has probably ever exclaimed "Eureka" in their head while eating here. That said, I don't think disappointment will be in the cards for the vast majority of patrons. Bon appetit.

I was alone and able to get seated right away. Host and servers were very outgoing and friendly, and the food was delicious. For a salad and a salmon steak with steamed vegetables the price was very reasonable. Right on the main street, it was fun to watch passers-by as well as seeing what other parties ordered.

Seasideâs newest dining option can be found on the Prom, right inside the Best Western Ocean View Resort. This exciting new restaurant is THE GATHERING PLACE where friends and families can meet and relax. Our delightful neighborhood cafe offers a variety
Stopped for brunch and had the buffet. Scrambled eggs (powdered) with peppers, bacon, sausage, toast, oatmeal and muffins. Coffee, tea and juice for $8.95. Would have liked some fruit. Rather standard fair but reasonable price for a tourist-centric beach town. A group of 6 teenagers came in and wiped out most everything. Slow to replenish.Dear Lin,I am sorry we could not give you a 5 star experience. To clarify, our restaurant does not use powdered eggs. I apologize we did not replenish the buffet after it was "wiped out" by the teenagers. We do cook everything fresh and sometimes it will take a few minutes to prepare the next round of fresh buffet. We hope to see you again soon. Mark & Team

Pizza has always been good here. Better managed than previous visits. This visit went off without a hitch. Salad bar was well stocked and the beer was cold! Appreciate that they offer a Veteranâs Discount! Great place to watch televised regional sports! Go Bears! And with the Attached Arcade the kids leave you alone to actually watch a whole game.

The pizza was very good and tasty. We enjoyed our appetizer. No troubles there. We would do carry out if we chose this place again. Hate to say the service was sub par though. Dining room was about a quarter filled. Our server seemed distracted and we only saw them to take order, deliver food, and give us check. No in between " are you doing o.k. ? " . When food prices are above average we also like to see the service level above average.I am so sorry you were disappointed with your service. As you can see from our other reviews, this is not the norm here at Angelina's. We had a tough night. I realize that this is not your problem and had I known you were disappointed I would have tried to do something to make sure you left happy. I would love the opportunity to serve you again and show you what has earned us the #1 spot on Trip Advisor.
