First time vist to Chans of Redmond, not to be confused with the long time Chans of Bend.Nothing fancy but the booths were new and clean and service was prompt. Food was plentiful and they were accommodating with the preperation ensuring that certain spices were not used. All in all a decent experience .

This was a new discovery for my wife and I. It is located off to the West side of the Fred Meyer parking area in Redmond, OR. I believe the waitress mentioned they had been open about three months. What a wonderful meal we both had. I had the "Heavenly Pork" and my wife had the "Wild Grilled Salmon". My meal was a slow roasted pork shoulder in a delicious sauce the chef makes herself. It was moist & tender enough to cut with my fork. Finally, I had vegetables that were cooked just right, not raw and not overdone. My wife's salmon was done to perfection. Our homemade mashed potatoes were great also.We were visited by the chef at the end of our meal, what a treat! She is a young adult with a great sense of how to prepare a meal. Presentation, flavor and at a moderate cost. She has daily specials. The menu has a wide variety of choices for lunch and for dinner. We will be returning soon to try different menu items, and taking some family members with us.

We have eaten here several times when in the area. They serve their food hot and in generous amounts. They have one of our favorite dishes that is not served by other Chinese restaurants, Snow White Chicken....yum. I like their house fried rice too.We will eat here again when next in Bend-Redmond.

Historically we have loved Cindys, both dine in and delivery... our latest experience was disappointing with no flavor or taste to both meals, lacking spices or sauces perhaps but could not finish either meal... we will come back as this could have just been an off night and usually quite good.

The coconut soup with tofu was delicious! The drunken noodles were not. There weren't very many options that didn't use fish sauce or egg or dairy. Service was just ok. I wouldn't order anything from here again, except the coconut soup.

This little gem of a restaurant does everything well: food is fresh and delicious, service is excellent. Where other restaurants in Redmond fail, pho house excels, especially with its food. Spring rolls excellent and pho best that central Oregon has to offer.

We stopped in after a long travel day, on a Friday night, and unbeknownst to us just before closing. The food was excellent. Try their ginger tea. Just a hint of sweetness. Pot stickers and ribs yum. We als ordered a sushi rainbow roll. Not only was it beautiful but the flavors captured everything I love about sushi. Fresh, and flavorful. Yakisoba, the carrots were cooked to just the right crunch, with broccoli and noodles. We rounded out our meal with Mochi. The green tea was blah but the mango was fruity and a perfect end to our meal. Thank you staff for making us feel so welcome and not rushing us.
