We stopped in for dinner after walking from home a few blocks away for an evening walk. We had our choice of several decent restaurants, but this was our final choice, and we were not disappointed. The menu is very good, and many dishes have variable sauces available. The service was fine; most of the wait staff seems young, but the young man who served us was knowledgeable about the dishes, as well as the wine list, which, while not for the wine snob, was quite well-priced and adequate for what is essentially, a family restaurant.

Not much atmosphere, very commercial and impersonal setting. The all you can eat salad was brought at the same time as our entrees. Usually, the salad course is brought first. The garlic breadsticks were good as usual, but the service was a little off. I will give the server the benefit of the doubt as she may have been new, but this particular night service was lacking.

Average restaurant all around.Easy to find. You can find parking around on the street.Just DON'T be in a rush to have your meal here. Service was slow.We did the special where 2 can dine for a shared App, your own main meal, shared dessert. All very reasonable. This definitely was not one of my favorite places to dine at.

Our Pizza Dough is homemade and hand-rolled daily. Fresh vegetables are cut and prepared each day, too. We use only 100% whole milk Mozzarella, Provolone and Romano Cheeses, and our meats are of the highest quality available. Our goal is to serve you the
We had lunch at Flying Pie and the wait was worth it. The calzone was superb! (It takes about 25 minutes for the calzone to bake.) I ordered the small portion and could barely get through 1/2 of it. It was full of pepperoni, cheese, olives and mushrooms. A side of marinara sauce was a great addition for dipping the edges. The sandwiches looked good, too. Will need to return to sample other offerings.

A variety of dishes made to order and live music. We host Yaymaker / Paint Nite events every Sunday.
The restaurant is located downtown Gresham in an old church. A flight of stairs leading up to the door and another flight entering the building might be an obstacle for those with mobility issues. Sandwiches and salads are the main entrees.I'm not sure you have been to Spinella's? Your description of the entrance is correct, but your food observation is not. We are known for pasta and specifically Mac and Cheese. It is the majority of our business. And this is a restaurant yet you apparently never tried the food. Also you never mentioned the handicap access to the lower level.
