Delicious fresh summer rolls, salads and Pho. This is basic & true to origin Viet Pho. Vivi's is not a fancy place and it is very busy. The wait staff are contagiously happy, smiling & friendly.

I've been driving past Pho Tang for a couple of years now and wish I had stopped in sooner. Parking can be tight so be patient. It's worth it. I wasn't particularly hungry so I ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and it wasn't what I expected. Instead of a few small pieces of chicken, there were huge chunks and you had chicken in every bite. That's the way it should be. My wife had shrimp, beef and noodles (#23) and loved it.We have a few local Asian restaurants that we regularly eat at and Pho Tang just knocked one, maybe two of them off our list. I don't think you'll regret eating here...

The manager is always friendly with us, very patient. All of their food is great, some of the best thai food in the area. A little bit of a wait time, but it's worth it considering they make everything from scratch. Definitely come here for a little treat if you have the chance.

Maybe I'm just used to Pho places... I had lunch twice in this restaurant during my last business trip with different groups and the selection on the menu was quite impressive. Even vegetarians were happy. I kept looking at what other tables had and wanted some of everything. The fresh rolls I ordered for myself were quite large and perfect balance of herbs, vegetables and shrimp.
