This is a fast food restaurant and looks like it inside, but the murals on the walls were very colorful and cheery. This is the best fried chicken I've had in a restaurant. The mashed potatoes and gravy we so yummy, a little spicy so no gravy for the kids. Their cajun fries were not that spicy, but the taste was great, this one is fine for the kids. Their mac and cheese almost has that homemade taste, nice when most restaurants are going to the blue box instant. Not a huge fan of their cole slaw though, I like KFC's better. The biscuits were a little on the salty side, but still good. My kids loved the chicken legs so we will go back. Like most chicken restaurants, the prices are a little bit on the higher side, but they have good specials and offer coupons.
We ordered the chicken bacon ranch, they have a scoop to measure out the amount of chicken to put on the sandwich, we could tell she was getting low on the chicken in her bin. She barely filled the cup, she sporadically spread it on the bread. And it was not even covering the bread. Ridiculous. When we ate the sandwich we could not even taste the chicken. Also the ranch tasted more like plain mayo. Hardly ranch taste to it at all.We also almost freaked out because after our transaction And we sat down to eat we thought she may have over charged us. She gave us the wrong receipt.
Soft-serve ice cream & signature shakes top the menu at this classic burger & fries fast-food chain.
This has a convenient location right off I-84, and the place is clean and quite modern. However, the turkey and ciabatta turned out rather dry. The French fries, however, were hot and crispy. As usual, the hot-fudge sundae is awesome!
It was the birthday of McMenamins Terminator Stout and I had a growler of it and thought Pizza would be nice to have with it when I got home. So I drove up NE 242nd and Glisan Street and pulled into papa Murphy's. I ordered their Large Cowboy Pizza. They made it. wrapped it up and I took it home and followed the baking instructions. Soon I was drinking Tarmintor Stour and eating Pizza while watching a new Bluray of the action film-- ATOMIC BLONDE.
