We were looking forward to trying Elements based on previous reviews. First the service was extremely slow, both with our server and speed of food being delivered. The ceviche was bland and needed seasoning. The beet salad was okay, nothing special. The best dish of all was the Mahi, preparation was perfect and flavor was great.

Service was friendly & responsive. Cocktails were the highlight of the meal. Bruschetta horderve was lack luster for the price point and prepared more like a pizza. Enjoyed my ravioli a great deal however my date was put off by a strong goganzola in his salad. Atmosphere is always nice. The food could have been fresher.
