This is one of our go to places in our home town for a great meal and beer. We love taking friends and visitors here. I love the Barbacoa Tacos. I order them every time. Others have ordered other items on the menu, and they said they were delicious as well! The beer is also great, made right here! Simply the best Mexican restaurant in Salem, that also happens to make their own beer!

We have been eating here for at least 15 years. Always good, friendly service and a festive atmosphere. Very flavorful Mesquite grilled dishes. We have noticed that the portion sizes have been getting smaller as the menu is revised, and they quit serving what was the best Pico de Gallo in town a few years back, which was the best part of any meal there. Now serving just a normal salsa. But we still eat there every couple of months.

We were in the mood for Mexican food and had heard good things about Garibaldi. We were not disappointed. The chips and salsa included a plate with beans and cabbage for scooping. The chips were crunchy and the salsa was just right. My friend had the Chimichanga which was the lunch special for the day and was very happy with it. I had chicken Enchiladas. The rice that came with it was very flavorful and the presentation was appetizing. We didnât think we could eat all of it, but we did. It was that good, plus we were hungry. Good service, good food. Highly recommended. We will return.
