Located in the center of Jacksonville, a historic town in Southern Oregon that got its start as part of the gold rush back in the 1850s, stands the Jacksonville Inn. Itâs an elegant bed and breakfast housed in a building built in 18961 complete with walls
Great service from Jori. A truly wonderful waitress. But beyond that, the food was excellent. We all had different things, all arrived together and beautiful presentation. We are a picky group of ten eaters and everyone liked their food. Curry, delicious eggplant lasagna, kebabs, lamb....everyone loved it. Bread tasty, dinner salads light and flavorful. Desserts were good, lots of choices. Fun, fun place and super elegant.I am pleased that Pam enjoyed her dining experience at the Jacksonville Inn. The strength of the JVI is our wonderful Employees and Jori is one of the best.

I had the pork chop with candied bacon and a type of apple chutney, all on a bed of corn polenta. It was amazing. My wife had the lamb shank and really like it.

C ST. Bistro, opened in winter 2011, and is a true gem in a old miners town. Using locally sourced ingredients we have a love for letting ingredients speak for themselves.
Freshly ground top sirloin is part of what makes these burgers the best! Then, they are cooked perfectly and topped with the freshest and best ingredients. My favorite are the Forager with flavorful, wild mushrooms! side dish of fingerling potatoes or the wonderful tomato basil soup!
