Fabulous neighborhood Italian. The Caesar salad is one of the best weâve ever had. My wifeâs linguine and clams was excellent. My pasta puttanesca was equally delicious. The wine list is many pages long. We had a delicious Super Tuscan. Service was extremely friendly and excellent. Very knowledgeable, and helpful.

A nice surprise, we really enjoyed Portofino! Gnocchi app was tasty, skip the calamari (very small in size and portion for $15). The home made pasta is tasty, and my friend loved the fish special! Not too busy on a week night but we had a fun time! Waitress was a bit dingy but we weren't in a rush so all worked out well. Will go back!

The pizza and salad were very good, and they had excellent beers on tap. I found the service relaxed but very welcoming and well timed. It was a late solo dinner for me, after a long drive from the airport, and the waitress made my dining experience comfortable and conversational.They aren't kidding about how garlicky the Caesar salad is. Good, but could we have anchovies with that?

Chuckie Pies has won are hearts and is our FAVORITE artisan pizza place. They've just moved to a new location in downtown Lake Oswego--don't worry, tons of free parking nearby. The restaurant is warm and inviting and the brevity of the menu makes it easy to select something fantastic as you really can't go wrong. Our favorite is the Stromboli pizza with a chop salad on the side! My Italian husband won't go anywhere else!!

Revisiting this location a few months back has caused us to rethink ever coming back to Olive Garden, and we wanted to update a previous review. The service, attitude, and appearance of our waiter on this particular night was a mix between blatantly indifferent, uncaring, and disheveled. We were honestly surprised to see this tolerated at the restaurant.We get it. Olive Garden is a big chain and expecting five-star dining isn't reasonable. In fact, we came here simply for the comfort food -- big plates of pasta. And maybe it was a slower night, or a result of the awful service, but the food sure didn't taste as good as we remembered.Service will make or break a restaurant, and unfortunately, it really needs to be improved here.

We enjoyed our dinner here with our daughter and son-in law. The beet salad and salad with pear feta and walnuts were both enjoyable. The chicken Marsala was superb and the spaghetti and meatballs were differently and interestingly seasoned. The bread was excellent and hot out of the oven.

Looking for good traditional Italian food- this is it. Lasagna was yummy as were the other entrees. Good portion sizes and friendly staff. Great tiramisu and spumoni!

Visiting the area we'd heard about this place from friends and decided to try it. I ended up getting chicken parm with a side of seasoned vegetables. The main dish was good, the chicken coming with a nice breaded crust and covered with tomato sauce with a little zestiness to it. The veggies, which are extra, were nicely cooked over the fire without being overly-burnt, allowing the various flavors to come through.

Their starters are great, the pasta was excellent, and the secondi were very good. They had a fig bruschetta that was simple but very well done. The value is also good, a half portion of pasta +/- an antipasto is a very reasonable mean (and most of the half portion plates are less than $20). We visited for dinner service to celebrate some of our birthdays.Our server who was from France was amazing. He walked us through the menu, recommended wines, & steered us in the right direction for dessert.We sat outside which was heated with propane heaters.Great visit & great food.
