Nearly every time I visit McMinnville I eat at 411 Eatery and I have never been disappointed in the service or the food. The blackened Rib Eye is my favorite entree and I often have the truffle fries appetizer. Ricky and his team are amazing so make sure you call ahead for a reservation.

Came in on a Sunday night, not very busy and we were seated immediately, drink orders taken and served quickly. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout. Lots of choices on the beer board, and my Walnut City Red was very tasty. Our food order was taken quickly as well and served up pretty promptly too. My wifes' fish and chips was good but pretty typical (fries were really good and lots of them ). My cowboy philly sandwich was really delicious, and again - lots of fresh and tasty fries. Overall we would certainly come back here.

recently dined at Gem Cajun Saloon for a belated engagement dinner. for the most part, everything was top notch. The Fried chicken was excellent as was the BBQ shrimp. the beignets were HUGE. Having had beignets in New Orleans these were 4 times the size. Unique drinks and a large wine menu. The hushpuppies were a little dry. The place gets busy on weekend nights, so reservations are recommended. .oh and the sweet girken pickles with the chicken were greatThank you for taking the time to write your wonderful review. I had spent the day riding my MC and was thirsty so stopped into the One Horse Tavern and had a little Irish Whiskey. I had already eaten so didn't try the food but the food offerings looked to be comprehensive and other folks seem to be enjoying the pub food. The lady behind the bar was very nice and friendly and next time I'm in Gaston I'll make sure and try the food too. Nice place overall!Dear Tim,I wanted to thank you for nice review of The One Horse. I have been several times to for meetings and am greeted with great customer service, fantastic selection of tap beer and other tasty drinks. I have had several of the food options there and by far my favorite is the hummus plate. So yummy! I would highly recommend Carlton coast and tavern to all my friends and family! This restaurant and brew pub is located in lovely McMinnville--the heart of Oregon wine country. I recently had dinner there with friends. I have been there on a number of occasions. The menu is outstanding. The service is professional, which is sometimes unusual for a college town. The servers are attentive but not pushy. They feature numerous homemade appetizers, entrees, etc. The menu is extensive with a large variety of choices. Our server, Jon, was very helpful in all respects, including pointing out favored dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant. There are numerous restaurants in McMinnville, many of which are excellent. However, this restaurant is outstanding because of its reasonable prices and virtually unlimited selections with an extensive wine list, beers and ciders, as well as a full bar.

Terry (& his faithful staff!) engage right when you walk in the door! A sense of humor is required, and don't mind the silly jokes. This is a no-nonsense wine experience for the serious wine enthusiast ~ great pinots, a new release summer rose grenache, and probably the best locally grown temrpranillo in this wine town! Try it, you won't be sorry ~ and get in on the wine club, since their wines ALWAYS sell out!Terry names his most upscale pinot for his wife, 'Carol Jean', and the other pinots (Jill Marie, Patricia Ann) are also named after her female family members (including mom, how great is that?!?) Unlike Life, you can choose favorites in this 'family' of wines and suffer no consequences for doing so! :>) Come, sip, enjoy, crack a joke or two, and tell them 'Annette' sent you :>) And don't forget the truffles (sold on site) that pair with the wines. Seriously sinful!

Rustic decor with a decent menu for a local pub; serving local wines a plus. Thursday nights features live music which was ok, but loud, as we were sitting very close to the setup area before they started. Waiter might have warned us. (:
