Great clam chowder. Has a slight âcajunâ flavor but creamy with a reasonable amount of potatoes and lots of clams! Halibut Fish & Chips reminded me of English Fish & Chips. Chips ( french fries) were quite good. Good beer on tap.

The locals pub for 57 years. Good burgers, pizza, salads, and sandwiches at great prices. Full bar menu with 12 micros on tap. 3Rd generation family owned with newly remodelled bowling alley connected to the Pub. Full service new video lottery machines, k
This was my first visit. On another patron's advice I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Flat Bread. Think personal pizza size. Delicious, and appropriately garlicky. A perfect lunch on this cool coastal day. The crust is nicely crunchy without being hard. The topping was not greasey, and moderately cheesy. I did take-out since I was on my way to the beach with the dog.The pub has a full-on bar, and I had a local brewpub beer while waiting for my order.I will stop by again. This pub is attached to a bowling alley so they are open all day - sorry, don't know when they close, but knowing this town, probably 10pm.

Continuing the tradition in a building built before 1910 that once held one of North Bendâs earliest saloons, our intent is to provide our guests with a true neighborhood pub â a relaxed and comfortable environment in which adults can enjoy some great foo
Being a Sunday there were limited options available but after reading reviews, we thought The Liberty Pub would be a good choice and it was.I had the carnivores calzone and my wife had the Mac and Cheese, both meals were great and neither of us left any.Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful could not ask for better.

I have been a regular at Goonies for a couple of years now. Ken and Scott are friendly, attentive bartenders who are careful to keep an eye out for their regulars (especially on those rare occasions I've gone in alone). They make strong drinks and their bar eats are the best (particularly the "pork wings" basket). A little crowded/loud on Thurs and Fri as these are their karaoke nights. It's also a little hard to get a song in unless you get there right at the start of the night (10pm). Weds are VERY noisy because of Jam Night, but worth it to hear local players jam together.

Walt's Pourhouse is a sports bar located in the logging and fishing community of Coos Bay, Oregon. We have 16 beers on tap â many from Oregon â a full bar with specialty cocktails, as well as bottled and canned beer. Classic bar games like pool and shuffl
This place seems to be popular with the local. The sandwiches, burgers, and other comfort food are well prepared. We were there on a Saturday night and the place was well attended, which meant we needed to work to get the wait staff's attention. I ate a delicious Rueben sandwich with fries. The home cut fries were a little soggy, maybe I should have opted for the "crispy" fries. the beer selection was good and featured locally produced brews.

We went for lunch today and we were very impressed. Very friendly server, Sandy, and the other guests were just as friendly. We each had a beer and we started with chicken wings. The wings were huge, not those tiny bony things you usually get. They were served with lots of celery. Then came our burgers. They were huge and delicious! Everything was freshly prepared and hot. We have a nice take home box for a snack tonight. If we lived here, this would be our go to place. So instead we will visit every time we pass through. Thanks Sandy! You made our lunch a fun experience.

This is far & away the BEST food in Coos Bay! Off the beaten path, but worth looking for. Grilled, Fresh, Friendly, and always EXCELLENT food. Local's favorite!
This is my favorite place to have a ribeye steak. The place is small, but they have an outside patio area, heated.Their only drawback is they serve margarine instead of butter. I asked them why & long story short, the waitress said that we are allowed to bring butter in with us, if we desire, a decent compromise.

This is one of many trips to this restaurant. It is really great fun. You throw peanut shells on the floor and the Nuts in your family are edible. Even our Coupon was out of date they honored it. This restaurant is located by Motel 8 on the NorthBound 101 or on southbound First left on 101. Enjoy

This small restaurant on the main downtown drag (S. Broadway aka Hwy 101) is conveniently located in a little pocket of restaurants near the embarcadero. It has a hip, trendy feel with the string lighting, assortment of seemingly random tables and chairs, and quaint decor. While the food was good (average fish & chips and good halibut burger) and prices reasonable, the service was plainly average. We got a good indication of the service to come when our party of 2 took approximately 20 minutes to be seated at one of the three 2-top tables along the front window, while there were three vacant and clean 4-top tables sitting open in the middle of the dining floor. In fact a line of 3 more couples formed behind us while those 3 larger tables sat idle and we all stood around waiting for one of the three 2-tops to finally open up. Apparently it's their policy to not sit couples at a table that could maybe, possibly be used for a foursome at some point in the evening? Weird. Our waiter was not terribly attentive either, getting water refills or clearing our empty plates and only checked in with us once during the entire meal before dropping off the check. While not a bad experience, we had better fish & chips at another popular spot in Coos Bay, and we'll likely skip SharkBites the next time we're in Coos Bay.

We are a little brewery dedicated to local quality. We offer great beer, Oregon Wines, and locally distilled spirits as well as a small, seasonal, locally sourced menu. We have lovely outdoor seating and live music almost every night we are open. We are f
