Having paid $300+/night, we expected at the least a clean room. We saw disgusting drain flies throughout our stay, clipped toe nails on the carpet, and dirt behind the door. The staff was cordial and professional. The breakfast is a good perk. The pool has odd opening hours.

Everyone is very courteous, friendly and helpful. View from our balcony of the beach was great. Food from the bar/pool area was awesome and the bartenders were exceptional!! Breakfast buffet was very good!! We will be back in the near future.

For the price you pay you think they would give you free parking and a continental breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. I like that they don't come into your room unless you request it. Towel replacement is done by leaving dirty ones outside your door and clean ones are in a bag by your door.

What a fantastic choice for my birthday! We booked a king room, overlooking the gulf and the beach. We ended up with a corner room which was perfect! The room was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The location was great, accessible to restaurants, stores, etc. The service was also great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were able to arrange a later checkout time with no fuss and at no extra cost. I'd definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach, Alabama is located on the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast, less than 10 miles from better-known Gulf Shores. Orange Beach might not be as well known, but that doesn’t make it any less beautiful. With miles of white sand and emerald water, a day at the beach is a must. These beaches host an abundance of watersports, and the area is also one of the largest deep-sea fishing communities on the Gulf. Orange Beach visitors will also enjoy challenging golf courses, nightlife, shopping, sightseeing, and delicious local restaurants. Minutes from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores attractions, the Palm Beach Resort is an oceanfront property. With such pristine beaches, we doubt you’ll want to spend much time inside, but this property features beautiful one, two, and three-bedroom condo rentals with full kitchens and spacious living areas. Just past a heated outdoor pool and picnic area, you’ll find onsite beach access.
This place has the worst management ? The elevators were broke down. One elevator was broken for a couple weeks. It was up and running for 3 days and broke down again. We had to walk up and down 5 flights of steps.. We walked down to complain and found a sign saying be back in 20 minutes ? Nothing within walking distance from the condo either. The view was the best part about this place!!!

We have stayed 7 times at Sugar Beach. Various units, various owners, managers. Be sure to view your pictures of the particular unit you are staying in. Some units are modernized a bit, most not. Overall, cleanliness is not great. We have found dishes put away dirty, dusty rooms, broken furniture and floors that will leave your feet black. Most tubs/showers drain slow due to sand build up. Washers and dryers the same. But we don't go to stay in the room. The beach access is steps away. The pools are clean and refreshing. May 2022 - Two highrise buildings being built next door. Lots of hammering, crane whistles and general constuction noise all day Mon-Sat. Again, if you're on the beach, you hear it, but its not overpowering.
