Ontario is a city in Richland County in the U.S. state of Ohio. It was founded in 1834 on the western edge of the Allegheny Plateau, just west of the city of Mansfield. After being incorporated in 1958, Ontario became a heavy manufacturing center because of the Erie Railroad line, and its proximity to Mansfield. However, its status in that regard began to decline in the late 20th century, when much of the Erie Railroad that once ran through the city was abandoned; and shifts in the manufacturing industry led to the relocation or repositioning of many factories. The city's industry has since diversified into the service economy, including education, finance and healthcare. The city is also a major regional retail hub serving the entire North-Central Ohio area, with a shopping population of over 150,000.

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
Texas Roadhouse never seem to disappoint. We were surprised to see the parking lot full at 5pm, and once we finished our meal, we are not surprised anymore. Steaks are seasoned perfectly, rolls warm and fresh. The prices can't be beat either. 35 dollars for 3 meals 3 drinks and one appetizer. They offer at least 11 meals for 8.99 that include two sides. This offer was good until 6pm.
Our waiter Adam was superb and always made sure our soda's were filled. If I am back in Mansfield for dinner, I am coming back

Authentic amazing Greek food. Tip: order the regular sized gyro unless you can eat a crazy amount of food. They are soooooo good. Hummus is some of the best you’ll ever have. Pitas too

We came here early on a Friday night with about 12 people (called ahead). The waitstaff was friendly, quick and helpful. All of the dishes (vegetarian or not) were fresh and tasty, all served in a very casual environment. The portions are huge so order accordingly. Kids options were great.
Would return here again without hesitation.

This is a funny little place in downtown Mansfield. It almost looks like a small-town café but for the bar along one wall. Lots of wood & leather booths, two-top tables along the bar partition, and a few four-tops in the picture window.
The service is exceedingly friendly, and they'll gladly point out your dinner to other patrons if there's something special about it. And in my case, I ordered the special. It was a roasted acorn squash with sausage, onion strings, and melted gouda cheese, surrounded by a more-than-generous pond of sausage in some kind of marinara sauce. It came with a side salad (ordinary but plentiful) and a pretzel roll that was buttery and salty in a good way.
My only negative was that the squash was under-cooked, making it very difficult to slice off bites of it. I mentioned this to the staff, and the kitchen sent back word that this was a larger-than-usual squash. I think it just needed longer in the oven.
That being said, the tastes were great together, and there was way more food than I could have eaten even if the squash was spoon-ready. I left quite satisfied, to a chorus of questions and approvals from the other patrons (most everyone who comes in is a regular).
Drink prices are very low, selection is quite good for such a small place, and the service is like going to your aunt's house — attentive and inquisitive. I recommend checking this place out next time you are in Mansfield.

For some of the best pizza in the world, literally, your only option is Warrior Pizza and Ice Cream.
So this pizza place continues to amaze me. First of all, I don't even live near this place but when I come to visit friends and family this place is within smelling distance. Just had the Coney Island Pizza and I just could not believe how incredible it was.
I usually can't get past the Lasagna Pizza and now this. They are the best. Well worth the trip from Columbus and you will be addicted!! Go Warrior Pizza. What will they be cooking up next? LOVE IT!!

Its a nice scenic location.
Getting on top of the tower is limited. And it is way too costly.i didnt feel like going up.
You can always get good photos from the back side of the tower as not many people wander to this location.
Lots of shops on way. Always bargain. Prices are low at the starting and u could get a replica for 1 euro.

We almost didn't stop because we just didn't think it would be that good. Boy, were we wrong. You order at the front and they will bring your meal to you. We had the chicken parm and the twice baked lasagna and both were excellent. We took some of their garlic bread sticks to our table while we waited for our food and they were gone before the food came. They had no problem with bringing us more bread. How food so inexpensive can be that good is beyond me. I wish there was a Fazoli's near us.

Lived in Mansfield all my life, we've ate everywhere.. hands down the best for Italian. Portions are huge and affordable... did I say amazing?? Better get there early if you want lasagna, they run out sometimes. The manicoti is so good too. The kids always eat there food here. The homemade warm Italian bread tops it off. The service is spot on.

At Doc's, you can let your imagination run wild! Choose from over 100 fresh ingredients to design your own sandwich or salad. If you like your creation, you can give it a name and we can save your recipe. Then, every time you come back to visit, you can order your very own sandwich or salad again and again! We also serve 4 premium soups every day.
We have been working on a project in the area and able to walk here despite the heat. Being able to tweak the sandwich mainstays (though only one with roast beef) was great. This is the closest to a NY Deli in this area (without the fresh made bagels). Got take out both times so can't comment about table service. Would give 4.5 stars if possible.

If you haven’t already experienced Panera’s great soups, sandwiches, breads, or pastries, you must. You’ll return again and again.
But this particular Panera’s is special to us. We stop there every time we drive from Pittsburgh to Fort Wayne, and back home again. But on January 2nd. they showed us a different side of their employees. You see, my wife left her purse there and we didn’t realize it until we got home to Pittsburgh. When we called the restaurant, an employee had already found it under the table where we were sitting and put it in their safe. That was wonderful news.
We are grateful for their delicious food, but even more grateful for the people who work there.
