No flavour and such a waste of time and money. Please grow with the times. We tend to go out to have a treat and get away from the usual everyday fare,, Step up your game, great location but such disappointing grub .. blah blah boo YA !!!!!Hello,I am not sure how to respond to your review other than explain how we make our great food here at The Crooked Cue. We make all of our food from scratch using local family owned purveyors and as natural and organic as possible. Call it boring, but we think there is a proper way to make the classic comfort food that our customers love such as steaks, pizza, burgers, wings, salads, nachos, chicken tenders, fries etc.For example for our pizzas, we make our dough with Caputo "00" flour from Italy, sauce with San Marzano tomatoes from Italy, highest quality 23% mf mozzarella cheese, and fresh cut toppings, cooked in our new pizza oven from Italy. This is one example why I feel that there are certain popular menu items that should not change, because the old fashioned way to prepare them is the best way.

Henny Bogan Does The Brogue InnIt certainly wasnât our intent to get caught up in the first day of Frenchâs Get Sauced to Win campaign, but it worked out remarkably well for our band of epicurists. If you order one entrée from their card, you have a chance to win a trip to an NFL Opening Day City. So we chose the taco fries, which were delicious. Oh, 300 restaurants across Canada have opted in to the promo and The Brogue Inn was one. But more about Port Creditâs The Brogue, an Irish pub restaurant with a few cozy booths by the window. The bar is reminiscent of the real McCoy in Ireland and practically dares you to down a Guinness, and one of my spies tells me that their dinner specials are extra-special. And the food is both yummy and creative, starting with the delightful crab cakes appetizer. The beef pot pie was loaded with delicious chunks of beef and the chicken clubhouse was delectable. The hearty veggie burger was laced with mushrooms and onion rings and the minestrone soup was tasty and filling. Server Tori showed expertise in explaining The Sauce promo and performed her duties efficiently and caringly.

We visit this pub regularly and the food is always great. They do a terrific job at keeping the menu fresh while keeping the crowd favourites. The staff are always warm and inviting too! The last 3 visits we have noticed a considerable slide in wait times though; last night being the longest wait. My wife ordered the special (should be almost ready to go), I got a pot pie which would be prepared in advance and quick to the window, the kids had items from the grill. By all accounts a quick ticket - we waited well over an hour. Always a bit challenging with little ones but also surprising as the pub was not that busy when we arrived. Weâll likely go again in the hopes that service improves - not sure what happened but hope management takes note and can get back to the great service levels we experienced in the past.

We were a group of about six people who were waiting for the wedding reception to start at the hotel across the street. Decided to have drinks here. The atmosphere in the Pump House Grill was warm and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed ourselves and would return again the next time we're in the area.
