Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a modern yet traditional full service restaurant. Stone fired pizza and a wide range of delicious Italian meals are available to make a fantastic and memorable experience. Benvenuto!
saturday evening...very little traffic inside, should have been a tip off....first off, THE AIR CONDITIONING was running with vents all over the restaurant....it was about minus 10-15 outside....ran for a good 20 minutes before it was switched over to heat...secondly, manager or owner was sitting two tables away, calling over employees one at a time and playing with envelopes of money....tip money i am assuming....how unprofessional is that...go into your office and do something like that....just a little thing, but throw that in with an air conditioner humming and you are down one star already....now the food....risotto balls were breaded and deep fried...they were fine but not salted, peppered or spicy in any way...just bland centers....ordered a proscuitto, meditteranean type pizza...eight slices....this is what was on top of pizza....5 pieces of meat, 7 slices of mushroom, 8 halves of cherry tomatoes and about 8 spinach leaves....on an 8 slice, 12 inch pizza super thin (soggy) crust ....4 risotto balls and a partially clad pizza with one soda for $34.00 plus tax and tip comes to $46.00....a touch pricey for quantity of food...did it, done it, wont do it again....nothing special or overwhelming....service was efficient but i am thinking thats because there might have been 4 parties dining and 5 servers....

This place is amazing...very informal atmosphere with friendly staff and incredible food. The pizza was fresh, the pesto drizzle set it over the top- and honestly my husband was just happy nothing was extra. All the toppings, drizzles, dips, etc is included in the cost of a custom pizza. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for casual, delicious fast food in the Waterloo area!

Ordered the Classic to pick-up, as I was on my own for the night. Best pizza I've had in the last two years that I've been living in Waterloo. The crust was excellent, crunchy, but not brittle and the red sauce is perfect, tangy but not overpowering. They perhaps need to work on their "positive" attitude towards to customer service, as it seems like you're disturbing them by showing up, but this will definitely be my go to place for pizza now.

I love Gino's! I'm a student and you CANNOT go wrong with their 4.99 walk-in medium 1 topping (half cheese half pepperoni is awesome). This location makes it way better than the bridgeport one I find. The price and the taste is sooooo right.

This is our go to Italian restaurant in town. When we don't dine in, we order pizza and caesar salad to pick up. The pizza is the best in town, with a great crust, half way between thin and regular and always just the right crispiness. We will return.

We've been going to Levetto since it opened in 2014 and it's our family-favourite for Italian food. The salads are very generous and definitely shareable. Their Margherita pizza is also another favourite with its delicious toppings and unique, raised crust. We've ordered most of their pasta dishes and they have all been delicious as well. Levetto consistently delivers great food at a reasonable price. Just wish their restaurant was a little bit larger as seating is limited.

Famoso is a casual pizzeria serving authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with high quality ingredients in a domed Italian oven. Ideal for a quick lunch or a night out. Enjoy with wine, cocktails and beer.
friday evening in august...place was busy but seated and attended to in a timely manner....excellent service....prices are parallel to most specialty pizza shops....just one downer....the centre of the pizza was moist and floppy, leading to toppings and cheese sliding off...me guesses, underbaked...also, with thin crust, any "moist" toppings, like tomatoes will soak thru the crust...otherwise, all positive....

We ordered salad, appetizers and mains and all were disappointing for different reasons. Starter Italian salad is lacking in many ways, nothing but lettuce and a few olives.Arancini starter was tasty but tomato sauce was so salty it overwhelmed any flavours. Mains - portion sizes were good but again so terribly salty! Veal was chewy and mushroom sauce tasted almost vinegar like...We had higher expectations and were sadly disappointed.

Had an okay dinner here recently. Service was exceptional - the server did a great job of following up, while not being intrusive. However, the food was lacking. My pasta was incredibly overcooked - the fettuccine noodles were breaking apart so that it felt like someone had cut up all my noodles into little pieces. The flavour of my Pasta of the Day dish was also lacking. My spouse ordered a pizza, which he loved, so if we return, thatâs what Iâll be ordering.
