My friends and I have been visiting this Victorian Elegance Experience and tearoom in the summer every year. We do some retail therapy and then off for lunch. I have never been to this place without making several purchases. You could spend hours looking through the two floors of amazing selection of jewellery, clothes and treasures. The owner i friendly and helpful and has a big Christmas extravaganza through out the building.
99 Talbot Bistro and Pub has been recently renovated and is a nice small cozy restaurant which recently opened. The restaurant was busy and we had to wait for a table but the wait was short. Our server was friendly and quickly took our orders. We ordered the garlic cheese bites to start which was just garlic bread with cheese unfortunately it could have used a few minutes longer to cook as the bread was cool in middle and cheese barely melted. We ordered the 99 Talbot burger which came with fresh cut fries. The burger was thick and juicy but a bit bland. The restaurant is cozy but the food was just ok. We will return again.

The best soup on the planet is their Bistec beef ranchero. I also have a major weakness for their beef and cheesy enchiladas. Very friendly staff and for a restaurant "in the middle of farm country" it does very well.
a hidden gem in the country but worth seeking. traditional Amish quality baking with many options of baked and canned goods available. we always buy a bread and tarts as a minimum standard when we visit here and never disappointed.

When visiting family, they took us to this local haunt which has a bowling area, and a billiard area, and a restaurant! Quite the combination! We went to the 'bar/restaurant area and enjoyed some great wings and cold beer. Their buffalo chicken pizza was also excellent as was the service. Overall, a great little hole in the wall spot offering good eats and reasonable prices.

We were on highway 3 going across Ontario and stopped for lunch in Aylmer. We had several options. But the exterior of this pulled us in. Nice options on the menu. Comfortable setting inside. Seems like a great place for date night and family celebrations. Lucas took good care of us. I had the taco salad - small size was just perfect for me. My husband went with the chicken burrito - it was huge . Thank you for the kind review. I'm glad that after recognizing the many options in Aylmer, you chose us. I hope you will pop in again if ever you are in the area!

Ruby's Cookhouse in Aylmer has a very large varied menu with reasonable prices, besides the large menu they usually have a couple daily specials. Ruby's has lots of seating as well as patio seating. I ordered the herb roasted chicken served with their own dipping sauce which was very good. My server was friendly and prompt with drink refills. For dessert Ruby's has a large selection of cheesecakes . Good food and service.

They have a large diverse menu from breakfast to supper. We recently stopped for lunch and had their homemade burgers which were very tasty. Good food. Good service and reasonably priced food.

Visiting relatives in St Thomas, and they brought us here for lunch. I am glad they did. The food was delicious, which was the consensus of all of us. The waitress was awesome, she was very attentive and polite. According to our relatives, you should always make a reservation, which we had, so we sat in the porch area. We will be back on our next visit.
