Established in 1999 With limited resources and a speckling of English, owner/chef Ayse Aydemir had her first taste of the food industry selling "yufka" from her small rented apartment kitchen."Yufka" a labour intensive thin phyllo-like dough, and a key to
I decided to throw caution to the wind one evening and try something completely new. The reviews of this place were stunning so I decided to give it a try. Looking at the menu, nothing popped out that I knew, so I decided to be safe and try the Mixed Grill for one person. It was a bit on the pricy side but I was told it was a minor feast and I was hungry. This meal consist of several meats which consisted of beef patties, a chicken kebob, a spicy adana kebob (mixture of beef & lamb) and a lamb kebob. It was served over an order of rice and bulgur (whole grains). Small dishes of Domates Ezmes (spicy Turkish Salsa) and Haydari ((herbs, spices, garlic and yogurt) were supplied to compliment the meats. The meal was covered with a flatbread that was made without yeast (Yufka) and a couple of salads. I wasnât fond of the Domates Ezmes (too spicy) and the Haydari (just not my thing). Before the food was brought to the table, an order of freshly prepared bread was served. It was simply delicious. I had two servings. Anatolia Restaurant is a small clean restaurant with limited seating and the staff are attentive to your needs. I would strongly recommend obtaining a reservation or take the chance of being turned away. I was lucky. I didnât have a reservation but managed to get in. While I was there, I saw several people turned away since they didnât want to wait. Itâs very popular. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall on the north side of Dundas Ave just a few blocks east of Kipling. Parking is limited but if you arrive in the evening outside of business hours or on the weekends, you can always park next door at the Royal Lepage sales office parking lot. Thatâs where I parked and had no trouble. So throwing caution to the wind in this case paid off for me. I really enjoyed my meal and have been back there three times since. I would highly recommend this place to eat if you want to try something new or if you love Turkish Cuisine.Thank you very much for your visit and kind explanatory words. It is helpful for us and our future guests as well. Hope to see you again!

Since 1996, Alioli guests have felt right at home in the casual Italian atmosphere that includes rich nutmeg and deep terra cotta colored walls, classic white table linens, and just the right lighting. Massimo Ronaghi, Gianni Sadro and Alireza Ronaghi wel
Average food in my opinion. Ordinary as any fine Italian dining restaurant. The reason itâs hyped as much as it is, is because Mississauga doesnât have many Italian choices to choose from. I found the menu limited and prices steep. The only positive is the convenient location in my view; steps away from Square One. Service and hospitality is great; waiters are very attentive and warm/welcoming. But the food doesnât match up. I would say downtown Toronto has far better options for fine dining Italian.

Had a lovely dinner with my Mom last evening. There was a mushroom and stout soup that was wonderful (not too salty, which I often find is the case with their soups). We both had the grilled octopus salad - the octopus was cooked to perfection!!

After many meals over the past years at LaVinia, we have never been disappointed. The food is delicious served with warmth and impeccable service. Paella, fish, and meat dishes do not disappoint. The tapas are typical of Spanish cuisine being flavorful and varied. Love the Iberico ham.

Spent a wonderful evening with family in this cozy Italian restaurant. The service was amazing, very helpful and professional. Great variety of Italian Mediterranean cuisine. Rainbow trout special was amazing as was gnocchi... actually everything! Portion sizes were perfect. And homemade bread was perfect.
