While staying at a nearby cottage, we phoned in our order. The Lafontaine Pizza was very good, with the grated potatoes and zucchini. Also the pepperoni, mushroom and green olive version was also great. The pizza chef was friendly to us and our group enjoyed the three pizzas we bought. Don't be turned off by the fact that the pizzeria is in a gas station. They make wonderful pizza!

Very upsetting, my last 2 pizzas were not made like they usually do... My last one was requested well done, nope, missed it! And tonight, we'll not ready in 20 minutes as promised, not 30 but 40 minutes!! A whole wheat thin crust pepperoni pizza 40 minutes? "sorry" Not acceptable, this pizza joint has made my most favourite pizza in this region for the past 20 years!! New management again, it has seen 3 different owners in 20 years. Yep, I'm done here!! Go to Penetanguishene location, this place dies not cook their pizzas, as another customer was asked "excuse me is this done enough" really?

We dropped in for breakfast as we were having our suv serviced across the street at the dealer. The breakfast menu has standard items available at decent prices. I had 3 eggs with peameal bacon and home fries/toast; my wife had 2 eggs with bacon, and we shared 1 medium sized pancake. The service is adequate. The food tasted pretty good, but the coffees were very weak. We will come back again for breakfast. On weekends, the hours open are too short; they close too early to enjoy a mid-evening dinner.

I have been here for lunch, dinner, and takeout. The service is always efficient, the restaurant is always clean, and the food is absolutely delicious. It is always cooked fresh, spiced to your liking. I highly recommend it for the best Italian food in the area.

Midland's Pizzaville is an excellent place for Pizza.I am a huge fan of Pizza- I could live just eating this delicious combination of dough, tomato sauce, cheese and toppings. I do not believe in adding too many flavors - they get lost. It is my style to take out the pizza and I order it "lightly done" so that I can reheat it when I get home. Eating at a fast food joint is never one of my favorite things to do-The selection of toppings is first rate- high end choices like Bocconcini, goats cheese, feta, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted red peppers- " gourmet" toppings. I was hungry for pizza and last week I ordered one with artichoke hearts, feta and goat's cheese thin crust to go. While paying - I was pleased at how reasonably priced the food was.The pizza maker told me he put parchment on the bottom so that it would be easier to reheat in the oven. A nice touch I thought. He took pride is his work- I love to see that - The pizza was perfect- I am very hard to please when it comes to pizza. For 12 dollars this was one of the best pizzas I had seen. The protein in the cheese had not been overheated which is so common. I used to run a production kitchen that made pizza- and I mean by the thousands- they were gourmet pizzas and every single piece of cheese was weighed and every piece of topping was counted. There is an art to how you place the toppings and how you do it or don't do it changes the taste of the pizza. This pizza was done so that there were flavors in every bite- So many other places add too few toppings and scatter them indiscriminately like globs of toppings. One great feature was that they did not smother the base with tomato sauce- it was lightly applied and was just the right amount. So many pizza places use far too much acidic tomato sauce. I highly recommend that if you are craving pizza that you give this local Pizzaville a try. I plan to go and order one today. It is the best deal in town!

A group of us went there Friday night. Make sure you have a reservation. It was packed! And for good reason. My expectations were certainly exceeded! And in a small town like Midland, I was pleasantly surprised!! The kale salad (I had it with shrimp) was to die for (in a good way). The pastas ordered were certainly above standard. The shrimp gamba was superb (whatâs not to like about melted cheese & seafood) & although the curry was a little sweet for my friendâs taste, all âround we were impressed. Great service & excellent wine choices for my pallet. The ambiance was somewhat âdineresqueâ & very loud, but that may have been the wine speaking. Did I mention is was very good?? :)

Really like the shortened menu that allows focus but also, no issue with choice. The food was great, staff friendly and a lot of effort being put into growing a wine list, which is nice to see for a change. they also allow corkage
