Talbot Street shop, heavy smelly bun, not the nicest slices of meat. It was buy one get one free, but the free one went in the garbage can.

I actually planned on Chinese, but the line was so long. I glanced over to see this new restaurant. I thought it would be nice since it was Friday night to take home some fish. I waited longer for the fish & chips than I would have for the Chinese food. The fish wasn't cheap. I also ordered some mushrooms. When I got home the fish was greasy and soggy and the fries were not so great. The mushrooms were huge and cut into chunks and battered with no real taste. I wasn't impressed and won't try this again. Not a good first impression. The actual fish was ok, but the cashier tried to say it was haddock fished locally. I don't think we have haddock in the lake that I know of.

$5 for a medium pepperoni pizza. Cheap way to feed my hungry squirrels (grandsons). They don't always eat all their crust but otherwise, it fills them up.

We always enjoy the burgers & fries at A&W. So while in St Thomas, going to Fantasy of Lights, we stopped in here. It was clean and not too busy..asked to eat in or out, we chose to have a seat. When served our classic root beer..the staff had filled a paper cup - not the frosty glass mugs we know & love. We asked why? and the reply was, because if we used them...she would have to wash them & they were short staffed that night. Well, hohoho - being kind we thought lazy & not good customer service, but in hind sight, should have demanded a change up. Disappointed customer, probably not going back here....too bad.
