Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Wasaga Beach. Home to the longest freshwater beach in the world, Wasaga Beach is a summer tourist destination located just two hours north of Toronto. The white sandy beach stretches more than 14 kilometers (8.7 miles) on Nottawasaga Bay and welcomes more than 2 million visitors every summer. Because of its size, the beach is divided into six smaller beaches, so if you would like to steer clear of tourists and crowds who flock to Beach 1 and 2, make your way to Beaches 4 or 5 for a more private and quiet afternoon. Wasaga Beach is also home to many recreational trails and the Nottawasaga River is good for game fishing, canoeing and boating.

I went here early September with my family. Absolute worst dining experience ever! Was appalled by both the service and food. When we entered, the place was dead; we were the only customers. The menu seemed overpriced but we were optimistic, thinking the food must be great! Boy were we wrong. I stared in disbelief as the cook/waitress/owner microwaved some plates of food, telling myself that can't be meant for us. And lo and behold, it was. To make matters worse, it tasted old and mouldy. My wife, brother, and sister in law all had upset stomachs afterwords. To make matters worse, the waitress/cook/owner overcharged us. We didn't want to argue so my brother and I asked to split the bill. The lady literally yelled "Why are you making life hard for an old woman??!!". She then proceeded to huff and puff as she typed the amount into the debit machine. We were honestly shocked and angry at this point.By the time we were leaving, there was another group of women there, waiting for their food. At one point, one of the young women walked up to the bar and poured glasses of water for herself and her group because they had all been waiting so long. I would normally never do something like this, even after a bad experience, but I was so horrified by my experience here that I walked up to their table as I was leaving and told them it would be wise to leave while they could because the service would only get worse and the food was horrific. We left with the feeling of being robbed. It was our last day at Wasaga Beach and sadly it didn't end off on a good note.

Italian-inspired casual fine dining in Wasaga Beach. Great for weekend brunch or dinner, always great food served with class in a great atmosphere.
Went to Johnny Feelgoods with about 20 neighbors for dinner. The owner offered us a special menu for the night which was very nice of him. This is a small space and I think the staff was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd as some of the orders came late and some got mixed up. We were in no rush so it wasnât really a problem. My wifeâs spaghetti and meatballs was good but my steak frites was excellent. Give this cool little spot a try and I have heard that the breakfast is great!

Located at 1470 Mosley Street, Unit #10 in Wasaga Beach. Under New Ownership since June 2012, serving all day breakfast and lunch, from 9am - 2pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
We usually go to well known places for breakfast, but my girlfriend took me to this tiny place on Mosley, first time you walk in you kind of hesitate. So I ordered the traditional breakfast, egg, bacon, toast, tea. When it arrived, you get your homemade fries, bacon, egg, toast and a small dish of fresh cut fruits and tea. The food is great and hot, you can see the cook as she cooks your breakfast, the service is great, the place is old looking, but very clean. It gives you the homey feeling. I would rather come back to this place than your regular place by Walmart. And I have come back here 5 times ever since my girlfriend took me here.

It was suggested to me to order the Vegetarian Special to save some $$. Having never tried Toppers Pizza I agreed. It was outstanding. You know you ordered great pizza when you wake up wanting more pizza in the middle of the night.

What's better than sun and sand? The only thing we can think of is cheesy pizza and a pint! At Pizza Dee's Wasaga Beach, we're serving up hot and fresh pizzas every day.
Went for dinner with our Wasaga friends.Everything (lasagna, wings, veal parm , spaghetti supreme) was good and delivered hot.The bruschetta and garlic bread were tasteless - not even a hint of garlic on the garlic bread :(
