Find out what American restaurants to try in Midland. Founded in 1878, Midland is one of the main towns in southern Georgian Bay and provides notable historic sites of interest. Some of the most popular sites include the Jesuit mission of Sainte-Marie among the Hurons, which has been turned into an incredibly accurate living museum that depicts missionary life in the 17th century. Stopped in on February 14th for a meal before going to the movies. This restaurant serves both Harvey's menu and a limited Swiss Chalet menu. When we arrived there was a small line (~3 groups). Wait time was minimal but expected to wait for food. We had both ordered off the Swiss Chalet menu - 1/4 chicken dinners with fries. When we ordered the cashier gave us our tray with a number and instructed us to find a seat and our food would be brought to us when it was ready. We expected it to take quite a while but within minutes it arrived!!!!!!!!!!!The process was so quick and the food was fresh (bun was a little stale), hot and exactly what we ordered! We we really shocked that the food came out so quickly given the line, they were dealing with drive-thru, and it was Valentines Day!The only complaint we had was that our meals were served (for in-store dining) in the bottom of the Swiss Chalet take out containers. We understand that they don't have the means to run a full service restaurant but a plate of some sort would have been a little nicer - just saying! lolStaff were friendly, knowledgable, quick, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. Customers came first!!!!!!!

This was our first visit to a Tim Horton's in Canada and I was very impressed with the patience of the counter staff, and the charging system (tax being added is another issue, but that is a government issue not unique to Tim's). Great food and HOT drinks, too - at a good price. THANKS!

Haven't played this course for a couple of years and found the layout changed. Changes a great improvement. Course grooming top notch with fairway grass clipping blown aside. Greens in excellent shape. Recent heavy rains took all bunkers out of play with a free drop. Thoughtful! Will visit again.

Enjoy one of Canada's original roadhouse restaurants, with Canadian favourites like double stacked burgers and unforgettable chicken wings. At Kelsey's the beer is always cold and a game is always on.
Busy place.Started with the hot spinach & pita appetizer which was very good.I also enjoyed the broccoli and cheddar soup . It was hot and had lots of broccoli.Hubby had the buffalo chicken fingers & fries. He said the fingers were good but fries were underdone.Service was good.Thank you for your kind response. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the service and the food when you dined with us....always happy to see a pleased guest. The spinach dip is definitely one of our favourites and you can never go wrong with the soups either. I am sorry to hear that your partner did not enjoy their fries. We do take pride in our never frozen chip truck fries. Next time you visit please let your server know if you would like them well done...or try one of our other options instead of fries. Thanks once again, hope to see you soon.Sincerely,Mike MarcotteGeneral Manager

We used to go here quite a bit but noticed the quality has been lacking recently. Unfortunately, weâve found another place in town to go for breakfast. Itâs not a bad breakfast place, but thereâs certainly better for around the same price range.

A warm delicious welcome awaits the minute you walk into this family run restaurant . The owners Louis and Fanny make you feel like you have just walked into their home. The amazing aromas coming from the kitchen make you want to order everything on the menu. The night I was there fish and chips was the special, fresh pickerel lightly battered with the crispy french fires, homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce...perfect finish to compliment this dish... but wait... dessert homemade fresh baked rhubarb pie, with a filling rich with flavors and a melt in your mouth flaky crust.. I cant wait to get back and try the Prime Rib special...
