Delicious lunches and dinners served served in an elegant dining room overlooking the Cataraqui River. Chef Gurkhan is of Turkish descent and his French style recipes are heavily influenced by the cuisines of Italy, North Africa, and the Middle East. An e
Kingstonâs restaurant scene can be perplexing. Iâve had some of my worst service in this city whenever I visit my parents. Perhaps because this restaurant is less for tourists, they offer a better level of service. The restaurant is upscale, white table cloths and well-staffed. The clientele are , shall we say, mature. The food is solid. The only plate at the table that was a bit disappointing was my blackened chicken wrap, if only because it was soggy. I shouldâve ordered the gnocchi which looked great.Definitely get the fries which are sublime and if you want the wine list looked good too. 4.5 stars.Thank you!! (I think.....)

What a lovely treat..a comfortable patio to watch the goings-by, service with a smile and the nuances of superb gnocchi (2 types tried)!! Both gnocchi had subtle sauce sparkled with variations of nuts and cream sauces that did not overwhelm...a delicate balance. A lovely way to spend our night out in Kingston.

The Greek Islands Grill and Bar in Kingston serves authentic Mediterranean dishes such as souvlaki dolmadakia, brizoles, seafood and more. Takeout and delivery services are also available. Opa!
Almost a year to the day our soccer team and families all descended on this restaurant. Top notch service! They know how to handle a large group (40 people) with ease. Food was fantastic. Ambiance a1. Step into Greece without ever leaving Kingston. Well done! And see you next year!

We were staying at hotel nearby and saw sign and reviews. Four of us came for dinner. Food was very fresh and tasty. The portions were huge. We all got âsmallâ size and could easily have split a plate between two. A little too much garlic for my taste but all in all very good and worth the trip.

Disappointing to say the least. Right off the bat it was downhill. Red vinegar wine in the greek salad? bread? Not pita? Extra charge for Tzatziki. Moussaka was cold in the middle (microwaved?) and the topping .. just not sure what was off there. Vegetable platter consisted of barely steamed veg seemingly just lumped on the plate..not presentation. Probably explains why the place was virtually empty at supper time on a Saturday night...Extensive menu, but probably best to trim it and focus on getting the meals right.
