The Works is a full service, licensed, casual dining restaurant chain with outdoors work themes. The restaurantâs main menu feature is burgers.
As a 'burger enthusiast', that has traveled across 30+ countries and had burgers in all of them, I love exploring new areas and restaurants. This is definitely on my 'Top 5 Burgers of all time' list. The fries were impeccable, the service excellent, the toppings to die for, and the burger by itself was outstanding. You have to travel far and wide to have a burger of this quality, and it just so happened that it's only 5-minutes walk from Niagara Falls. Well worth it!Outstanding review! Thanks so much for taking the time to pop in! Hopefully see you again soon!

Thereâs something for everyone... Enjoy house-seasoned smoked meats, direct from the grill, served by our pit masters; plus over 50 hot and cold seasonal items including our ultimate potato bar with five types of potatoes and over ten topping choices.
The food was okay here .. nothing to really bring me back for another visit. My partner and I only had the all you can eat (we had water for beverages) and it was over $80.00 and not even close to worth that price. Our server was barely around and not attentive at all. I'm also not a big fan of the TIF (tourism improvement fee) that was added to our bill.I didn't realize it until after we left and I researched what the fees were. They are fees added to every bill and it seems the fees only exist in Niagara Falls. You can refuse to pay the TIF as they are not government mandatory. In my opinion everything is so expensive in the tourism area of Niagara Falls that the fact this extra fee is added was a big turn off for me.I cannot imagine a time I will ever visit this restaurant again.

Buffet table was good with a nice choice of salads. All the meat they served me was the end pieces. Chicken was dry, as was the pork. They charge an extra fee - Niagara Falls âtaxâ which is totally optional and illegal. The manager had no idea why they charge it. He was very uncooperative and unprofessional when asked to take it off.Save the hassle and go to the Keg

I visited Copacabanaâs Niagara Falls location for the first time this past August with my family for my sonâs 16th birthday!! We arrived after walking out of another restaurant for the hour long wait (after having a reservation) and terrible service. We were greeted with such wonderful smiles, showed a table right away, and every single staff we encountered that night were so amazing. Even the servers with the meat were so friendly and funny!! The atmosphere was so lively, and the live band was great! And, the best bonus, which we didnât know about was that my sonâs meal was free!! Thank you for such a great experience and for turning our night, and my sonâs birthday around!!

Date of visit: Saturday, August 10, 2019 Roguetrippers love barbeque and are always on the lookout for BBQ joints whenever we travel. We found Jeffroâs on Queen St in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This is a little joint that appears to be a local hang out. Most people there seemed to know each other. The menu has some typical BBQ favourites like brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and burgers. The food is pretty good. The brisket is nice and tender. The BBQ sauce is good. The brisket burger was nice and flavourful. it wasn't the best bbq i have had, but we do travel a lot and eat bbq a lotPortion sizes are a little small for the price. The service was good â however when we were there â they turned away several customers due to a âreservationâ. However, there were several seating options that could have been made to accommodate a couple more patrons. The waitress was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. There is no designated parking for the BBQ joint, but there is ample street parking on Queen street and side streets.
