Had the chance to eat here after it was recommended by friends. Was not disappointed. It is a very good reproduction of a traditional English pub. Of course we had to have the Fish and Chips. Choice of Halibut, Haddock or Cod. (all separately priced), chose the Haddock. A very generous serving and fresh cut fries, (a must) !Batter vas light and crispy, fish was white and flakey. Washed it down with a pint of Smithicks..the perfect lunch. The menu offers a lot of Britsh Pub favourites, including: Bangers & Mash, Steak Pie, etc.

We stopped here for lunch and drinks on our way to Windsor for the weekend. What a cool brewhouse. There is lots to look at, walls of different growlers, a gift shop. The atmosphere was fantastic. There are many beers on taps and the menu had a wide variety of foods to choose from. We ordered the poutine, charcuterie board both were excellent.

I have been here several times when in Woodstock for antique hunting. Every time has been a terrific experience for both food and atmosphere. The Wings and optional dips or flavourings are spectacular. I am only 1/2 way through the vast selection and always fight myself to have the previous or something new!! My travel companion has always enjoyed the Wraps or Chicken Club sandwiches. The local crowd sure enjoy the Hamburgers, and Caesar salads!! But I am hooked on the Wings!! No matter when we have been there the local patrons are warm and welcoming! Great ambience. The Chef and the Bar Staff are so accommodating, beyond what might occur elsewhere.

Just slightly ahead of dive bar caliber seedy characters no fights or brawls witnessed so common at the other bar(s) in Woodstock. Place for younger crowd with low expectations. Live music was good
