This tiny, take out only restaurant is not bad at all.House made spring rolls, tasty.A few less common offerings such as pineapple ginger chicken, and no less than two vegetarian meal combos!They close early (9 on Fridays), but our phone ahead order was hot, fresh, ready, and reasonably priced.Friendly at the counter.Try it.

Based on TA reviews, the Dragon Yan was recommended as THE place to go in Peterborough for Chinese food in an intimate setting. It was !The small restaurant seats approx. 24 at well-spaced tables - no booths. Service was efficient and our orders came out within 10 minutes. Eggs rolls were hot, crispy and delicious. Our lunch included the chicken-vegetables-almond-rice combo and the lo mein combo (noodles !!, chicken fried rice, chicken, mushrooms, ...), both of which were fantastic. Substantial servings and well presented.Definitely going back. $ 40. for two incl. soft drinks, HST & gratuities.

The food was the same delicious food, but I had an allergic reaction to something so I'm not sure if there has been a change in the ingredients. Leary of travelling out there again.Hi there! We stopped in here for a late lunch after an appointment in Peterborough but was a bit disappointed after liking it the first time. The combination plate was tasty and good portions at a reasonable price but everything was so heavily salted that my tongue was on edge after eating there and I drank water for the rest of the day. My wife will not go back as she thinks they are trying to pickle you.
