We like The Grand a lot. They have a great menu. Loads of choices and prices are reasonable compared to other similar style restaurants. Our recent visit was to celebrate a birthday. We all ended up ordering the Haddock Fishân Chips as it was the special of the day. Great price and were delicious with generous portions and came with coleslaw. Highly recommend their garlic bread with cheese too. Best I have ever had in a restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive as always. They even provided the birthday boy with a special dessert that was on the house. Looking forward to our return.

Just about everybody likes Swiss Chalet . On the most part while travelling , you can usually guarantee that you will receive a decent meal. Sometimes that is not the case at this S. Chalet. My meals have varied from overcooked , very little food on the plate and inappropriate wait staff on the run . Perhaps the day you partake , you will enjoy quality service and food. Can't believe how busy this place is, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Sometimes you have to park on the side of the highway. Food is sooo good. Wonder if they will be open during the winter.Thanks so much for your great review. We are open seasonally from Spring through Thanksgiving Weekend. We have recenlty expanded the parking area on property so hopefully no more need to park on the side of the highway.
