We happened to be driving through Carleton Place on a Sunday afternoon and we are yet to have lunch. Searched for a restaurant to have a quick bite to eat and be on our way again. Found this restaurant and I am glad I did. First I commend the entire family for their tireless work to have a restaurant running. The place is very simple but clean. I found the place mats are interesting conversation tool as it had the Chinese Zodiac printed on them. The food is exceptionally tasty and not very salty. The spring rolls were very flaky, and the vegetarian filling was very fresh. we also had spicy beef dish and steamed rice. They were very well prepared. The owner came to the table and she was genuinely interested in our feedback. If you like tasty Chinese / Thai food and at the same time support a hard working family business, you will not be disappointed if you eat there.

We tried this place after our friends tried and loved it.We have now been twice and will be going again .The food was excellent wonderful homemade plum sauce for the crispy egg rolls ,really good sweet and sour chicken balls the chicken fried rice was also yummy but my favourite was the amazing honey garlic spareribs.Prices are really good ,building is quite dated .Friendly service

Very good service, friendly staff, awesome food. This is an awesome place to go have a sit down dinner with the family,we always get great service and hot food. the prices are affordable and the restaurant clean.
