We were pleased to hear about Drake Devonshire while touring Prince Edward County. Fortunately they were able to fit us in on a busy Tuesday evening. The ambience is very pleasant and the menu offers an interesting range of options for all tastes. From our perspective the gazpacho was excellent (although more spicy than expected); the lamb shoulder was very tasty (although too many potatoes); the steak tartare was good (but not very tender); and the tuna ceviche was nicely presented. We were surprised to be charged (albeit a small amount) for extra crostini! Our server was very professional and friendly. The wine and drinks menu is excellent. Overall, a good experience and we would go back. Just a few disappointments. Reservations are recommended.

Stache is well situated on the Main in Wellington. It is a fairly small restaurant, and the tables are small and close together. The menu is interesting, the food is fresh and tasty, and the ambiance is laid back. I find the prices far too high.

They are working with new staff and service was slow and food was just OK, we waited for 20 min. to be seated and then another 45 min. for our food, so if you have a lot of time it's an OK place to eat.
