Find out what Pub restaurants to try in Sarnia. Sarnia is a city in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, and had a 2016 population of 71,594. It is the largest city on Lake Huron and in Lambton County. Sarnia is located on the eastern bank of the junction between the Upper and Lower Great Lakes where Lake Huron flows into the St. Clair River, which forms the Canada–United States border, directly across from Port Huron, Michigan. The city's natural harbour first attracted the French explorer La Salle, who named the site "The Rapids" when he had horses and men pull his 45 tonnes (50 short tons; 44 long tons) barque "Le Griffon" up the almost four-knot current of the St. Clair River on 23 August 1679.

Birthday dinner - great deal - covered ! Food and service were great, our server McKensie, was there whenever needed. My wife normally orders milk -to be served with her meal, most other places screw this up, not here, mckensie, is on her game. One of the co-owners came and spoke with us, very nice fellow -George - nice relaxed dinner. We will definitely be going back.

Service was prompt, food was okay,no salt & pepper shakers at our table, but everyone else had, cigarette butt on carpeted floor and no one seemed to notice, could be better maintained on the cleaner side for appearance for dining out,7 out of 10 rating for this establishment.

Barlows Skeeter welcomes you to their establishment. Explore a menu offering hamburgers, priced at 11$ to 25$ and can get there by public transit. The neighboring location is notable for its parks and merchants.
Having been raised in the Grove this used to be a grocery store. Coming here is just a wonderful experience for anyone who knew the old Grove, and for those who just want great food in a fabulous location. The summer salads are phenomenal and their wings are huge..My son and husband love the Cuban sandwich and the broasted chicken is always my go to meal. Looking at the lake is always peaceful. You can sit on the outdoor patio and feel the lake breezes. The staff here is wonderful. Food and drinks come quickly. The prices are great. It is very popular so reservations are a good idea. I wish they stayed open later but understand that it is expensive to pay staff when there are not that many late goers. There has been a wonderful improvement in the wines as they now have Dark Horse winery Sinfully Red and white wines from Grand Bend. House wines should be of decent quality..and they never were very good so being able to order this wine is a step up!

We went here for the first time, and overall enjoyed the meal. We both got the one piece fish & chips. My fish was nice and flaky with a thin batter coating. However, my mom's fish had a spot of very thick batter that she ate around. We both agreed the fries were so good. They had a unique seasoning we really enjoyed. As it was my mom's birthday, she got a free piece of chocolate cake. The cake was warm, very chocolate-y, and moist. The atmosphere was cozy, but I would suggest choosing a table away from the door - the cold winter air kept reaching us as people came and went. Our server was very friendly, and made sure to check on us AND explain why our food was a little delayed. It was good service. We'd eat here again, but definitely order a different meal (scents of beef and onion wafted over to us and it smelled amazing).
