We dropped in for dinner before a concert and were very pleased with our visit. The service was great from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. My wife and I were both pleased with our meals. It was our first visit but we will definitely be back when we're back in Lindsay!

The Bobcaygeon Inn is located right on Main Street in beautiful downtown Bobcaygeon. Just steps away from lock 32 on the Trent-Severn Waterway it boasts the largest waterfront patio in the Kawarthas! The new owners took over in May 2019 and are very excit
This is the second time we tried this restaurant..the first time there were 6 of us and all was good except my husband's burger was all filler..he mentioned it to server and owner and got a smile and sorry..then because the manager told us they were having a special day there on August 22., I told friends and took 16 friends there.. service was great and food good..my husband came later and since he was the DD he ordered a soda water..imagine his surprise when he was charged $4.50 ...definitely a shock..guess all soft drinks were that price..doubt we will back...I am sorry you visit with us was not up to your expectations Judie. As for our burger, it is definitely not mostly filler. The sorry you would have received would be because you were not happy with the burger. We are always disappointed when a guest is not happy, not matter what the reason. While there is a small amount of breadcrumbs (yes small amount) in a burger that is there to make the burger juicier. Google it and you will get points like.... "Breadcrumbs in your ground meat will absorb much of the natural juices during cooking and then will release that moisture back into the meat as it rests resulting in a 'juicier' burger"Our soft drinks are $4.00, however if a person is in a group is a DD our servers are instructed to offer soft drinks for free.I am though very glad you found the service great and the food good! I hope you might reconsider and visit us again as we redo our menu over the winter.

We had trouble settling on a place to eat. 72 Bolton Sports Cafe had a spacious patio and was centrally located so it seemed a good choice. They did not have a non-alcoholic beverage menu. Despite asking, I got only the options and not the prices so instead of asking again, I just ordered water. My daughter ordered a soda but the glass was dirty. Based on experience, I would have expected them to comp the drink but they did not. And more importantly, there was no apology. I ordered quesadillas. They were ok, nothing to get excited about. They did not have a formal children's menu, which is annoying but when my daughter got the burger it was a good portion size. The 1 piece fish was a good size and the fries were good. The prices were average. Service was not overly great but we got our food quick.

The Pie Eyed Monk Brewery is 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility, housed inside a fully restored historical property in the heart of downtown Lindsay Ontario. Our venue houses our 7 Barrel Brewery, 80 seat restaurant with south facing patio, pri
We went entered the restaurant at 8:10, at 8:16 the hostest greater us and the waitress walked by and said to mention the time. We were told that the kitchen closed soon and that they close at 9. The attitude of the staff was that they were trying to get us to leave. It was our first time trying there and we will not be returning. It's absurd for a pub-style establishment to close at 9pm on a Thursday in a student town and the service was rather rude and dismissive.Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience, Hailey. Although some pub-style establishments may remain open later, we are a craft brewery and closing at 9 pm (or even earlier) on a weeknight is common in the industry.

The Grand Experience Family welcomes you to their restaurant. They are open after-hours all week. You can get there by public transit and bicycle. They are situated in an area characterized with restaurants, merchants and parks.
We like The Grand a lot. They have a great menu. Loads of choices and prices are reasonable compared to other similar style restaurants. Our recent visit was to celebrate a birthday. We all ended up ordering the Haddock Fishân Chips as it was the special of the day. Great price and were delicious with generous portions and came with coleslaw. Highly recommend their garlic bread with cheese too. Best I have ever had in a restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive as always. They even provided the birthday boy with a special dessert that was on the house. Looking forward to our return.

Went to this restaurant with friends sd under new ownership. Too hot inside as no A/C but I understand getting installed therefore able to sit outside on the Francis side but the waitress concentrating on serving the Front or Colburne side. Had to go in to ask for menuâsTwo of us had wraps and one had the Rueben. The Ruben person wanted a combination of Onion rings and Fries as the side and no problem. One of the wraps was the steak wrap and one was Chicken ceaser. One thing we both noticed was the amount of lettuce used in the wraps. IT was falling everywhere.Waitress was nice but we did not see her many times.

This fun and casual Waterside Restaurant and Irish flavoured Pub is located at Lock 34 in Fenelon Falls, Ontario. Great Food, Drink and Service await you!
Our first time at Murphy's for a quick lunch - my fish tacos were over-fried (crunchy and black) with a simple purple cabbage and a bit of guacamole - absolutely poor quality and zero taste explosion and over-priced at around $16.00 for 3 tiny tacos. My husband had the fish & chips, also over-fried where the beer batter kept "chipping" off all over the plate and the table as it was so crunchy and the fries that came with it were also, over-fried crunchy (probably sat in the fryer basket for a long time). The waitress was very polite, professional and offered us attentive service - so cudos to that fact. Two lunches with one beer cost $50 + tip. Although it is situated by the Fenelon Falls lift locks, the views are not that great. Overall very average in my opinion, and therefore I would NOT go back there again, nor would I recommend this place.
