NEW OWNERSWas the place to go to for fish and chips. We had the halibut and chips the orders are small one piece about 3" and then you get a small 1"piece . Any other time we have ordered there the fish could be cut with a fork. Not happy $33.00 for two small orders.

I had the burger and fries and my daughter had a grilled cheese and fries. We both thought the food was great. Burger tasted homemade- not frozen. Fries were nice and crispy. My daughter had a shake which was delicious! I found the pricing reasonable. Location was clean and modern. Will be back!

I travel all around the GTA for work and this is my absolute favourite place for lunch! I often opt for shawarma cause it's one of the healthiest 'fast foods' out there. Because of that, I've tried numerous shawarma resto's throughout TO. This is the best one out there, by a long shot!Firstly, the quality is nothing less than amazing. My husband is a chef and we are world traveller foodies, so we're not easy pleased (I've brought him out here to enjoy the shawarma too). The ingredients are top quality: best cuts of lean meat, fresh deliciously prepared veg and OMG the mind-blowing home-made flat bread! The proportions are tremendously generous, as well. As such, it's quite popular and can be busy at lunchtime - however I'm sure that anyone with half a brain realizes that's the price you pay, if you want the best. They are all hard workers and do their upmost to give you exactly what you want and in all my visits I've had nothing but pleasant exchanges with all the staff.I am baffled at the odd review that claim this establishment is anything less than spotless. They're fastidious about donning gloves and it's cleaner than most Timmy's I've visited. It makes me question if someone has an axe to grind with the owners, especially since all the 'horrendous' reviews don't seem to come from seasoned contributors...and the 'Pakistani' reference is appalling - since this place is actually run by a Lebanese family.If you're ever in the vicinity, or even if you aren't - I can't recommend this place enough. I guarantee that once you've tried their home-made shawarma (or pretty much anything else on the menu), you'll be spoiled for anything else! My only hope is that someday they open a location closer to my immediate neighbourhood.

The chicken pieces are generous and not greasy. The coating on the chicken is way too salty. The tarters okay, prefer Mary Browns much tastier. The homemade salad gross. Macaroni salad, dry and lacking flavour. Potatoe salad the same. KFC has better macaroni salad. Didn't like the gravy, prefer KFC. Customer service is top notch, friendly and very polite. But the food is the reason I will not be returning. Didn't enjoy it.

My favorite thing about Jimmy Guac's is the mango salsa, I've not seen anything like this at any other Burrito place - so give it a try on your next Burrito! Also, if you are having chicken and/or sweet potato (I usually have the combo of both) you can also try the sweet chili maple sauce - it is incredible! I have a bit of a sweet tooth, but you can also get lots of savory and spicy options as well. And for a real treat, try the nachos with sweet potato waffle fries instead of the nacho chips, they are absolutely delightful!

I always prefer the Oshawa location! I learned today that her name is Krista and I find she is always smiling and keeps her cool especially when it's insanely busy! Delicious burgers and fries! Always a great promo on that you can see by following their fb page!

This is a great quick restaurant with a varied menu that does include other items as well as their signature fish and chips! You get a fair portion, quick service and clean surroundings. The staff are all pleasant and there'slots of tables and parking - good for take out as well!

I have enjoyed Viva burritos for several years now.Freshly made, excellent choices, sauces, and fast friendly service make it a great place for a quick eat in or take out lunch. This is not a romantic location to make an impression, however it is a place to get a great five dollar burrito.There are a couple of tables if you wish to eat in.Usually there are great Mexican music/ videos on TV which make the experience more enjoyable.

First time trying a sub and it was simply amazing. Never will buy another sub from the been around for years competitors. I did make 1 mistake and made it a large and it is far too big for me. I ordered the Smokehouse with Bubba Ray's BBQ sauce and added hot peppers. The quality and flavors of the meat was so good and not dry like other places. The service for a take out sub is worth noting as the young waitress missed saying add hot peppers but the young gentleman asked me while I was waiting did I want hot peppers and I said yes as he overheard me asking and wanted to be sure. Great job Management and staff a true masterpiece of a sandwich

I go here at least once a month if not more. The quality is beyond expectations and quantity is always more than you pay for. The beef shawarma is my go to, but they have tons of other items that I have seen ppl get.Their falafels are the best in the GTA, best time is the morning, when they just open, they make more once the batch they made are done, but as i cannot say when that usually is, the morning is a safe bet.
