The White Apron was packed today, so we took a chance on this place. What a mistake... should have waited in line at TWA. Soft poached eggs were like golf balls. After sending them back, basically raw eggs were thrown on the table. Peameal bacon was like shoe leather. Mediterranean omelette had very few tomatoes or onions, and I had to scrape out the disgusting âfetaâ cheese. Nothing redeeming about this place.

I have been to Johnny's many times over the years and the food and Johnny's hands on service has never let me down. Today I took my son, just arrived from Toronto and a world traveler, so he is use to great food. He ordered the Saturday special roast beef sandwich with soup and dipping sauce. I ordered my usual Chicken Souvlaki with rice and all the works. My son said it was the best beef vegetable soup he had ever had, and the portion sizes were so big we had to take our meals home with us. I find the Chicken Souvlaki and lots of great Teriyaki Sauce the best in town... Johnny served us personally. Get family restaurant. You know it is good food for great prices when most of the clients have white hair :)

Enjoyed the Peameal bacon, perfectly cooked. Juicy and not dry. 3 eggs over easy, perfectly cooked and not greasy. Had fried tomatoes, but too thinely sliced and way over cooked and greasy. Not the norm as I always order fried tomatoes and they are usually nicely seasoned, not over cooked or greasy. The tomatoes replace the frozen deep fried home fries that I don't like,. Pefer the homefries as real potatoes cooked on the grill and nicely seasoned. The coffee and rye toast was great.

My wife took my Mom here one morning for breakfast and my wife was very impressed with service and quality of food. She asked me if I knew of this Diner and I had to admit I had never noticed it here before even after venturing into other eating establishments right in the same mall. My wife and I ended up going in for breakfast recently and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and very attentive waitress but also the outstanding food. The big breakfast I had was delicious, perfectly cooked and more than adequate portion sizing for a hungry guy such as myself. I love the vibe in the small diners like this and that's what will keep us coming back. They do close at 3:00PM I believe so sadly no dinner at the diner.

I live and work in the area and I am so happy Cosy's showed up! Always great food! Never had a bad experience! My husband and I try to go every week for breakfast or lunch. I love their eggs benedict! You won't be disppointed! (You gotta try the chicken finger!)

There are several Wimpy's restaurants in the Oshawa/Courtice area but I like this one the best. Service is fast and friendly and the food is plentiful and delicious. Although this is only my second time here at this location, I will not hesitate to go back. This time I had the Mediterranean Wrap with coleslaw and my husband had the Clubhouse with coleslaw. So good! There was only one minor thing that was instantly fixed. We went at an off time in the afternoon about 3pm - right in between lunch and dinner. Coffee was lukewarm when we got it but a new pot was immediately put on for us. Our server Hayley tried her very best to make our meal and our experience enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!

We never noticed this place but came upon it by accident. We went in after driving around Durham Region on an aimless trek. We were hungry and I had the clubhouse and hubby had the steak. He was surprised it was a tender as it was! The meals were very good and dessert was cheesecake which was pretty good. Very good value.

Directly across street from hotel. Decided to opt out on free breakfast at IHG and try this highly recommended breakfast/lunch option. Cash only (atm inside for convenience). Large portions, ideal for sharing. Extensive menu. Breakfast available until closed. Great option.

Excellent food, great staff and nice atmosphere. Had always wanted to try Teddy's since lots of people recommended it. Was there at 2 PM and the place was packed for late lunch or early dinner. Our server, Tracey, was fantastic, helpful and fast. Each of us enjoyed our meals. They were great, the corned beef and cabbage and the spaghetti and meat sauce. Our desserts were very , very good. Their pies, rice pudding and ice cream sundaes are super. Will definitely come back. They do not take reservations so be sure to either wait in line or pick a time that is not super busy time.
