We are a group from out of town that hosted a group of six for a late business meal on a Wednesday. We had some anxiety about eating in a restaurant located in the basement of the Seacliffe Inn, but this perception changed the moment we entered the facility. We were pleasantly surprised at the incredible gem of a restaurant this is! The steaks and fish (perch) were of the highest quality and made to perfection. Wine, coffee and desserts were just as excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. We will absolutely return here every time we are next in town for a fine meal. Lovely ambience in a pristine and comfortable location near the Pelee Island ferry terminal.

This restaurant isn't really memorable, but the food is pretty good. A lot of items homemade. I enjoyed the soup.

Paula's Fish Place is open Mid March to the beginning of November. A beautifully newly renovated restaurant along Lake Erie minutes around golf, Motels & a National Park. We specialize in Fresh Lake Erie Yellow Perch & Pickerel Grilled and lightly battere
We found ourselves at Paulaâs early afternoon on our way to Pt Pelee National Park (which is almost next door.) Five of us sat on the lovely deck which catches the lake breeze. The perch and pickerel was lightly fried and fresh. The tomatos on the bruschetta were fresh and placed on top of what tastes like pizza crust â but, it was good. The Sangria was sweet and refreshing. There was a guy playing guitar which made the ambiance that much more enjoyable. This is not a Michelin restaurant but our service was outstanding and we enjoyed the food and loved the outdoor experience.Thank u for all your wonderful comments. We are so happy to have helped make your holiday wonderfulThanks,Paula and team.

There is nothing at all wring with this restaurant. My impression is that it is more more of a sports bar than family restaurant, but maybe the word has different connotations in Western Ontario. Anyhow, the menu has most normal pub type stuff, local fish and special burgers. And a good selection of local craft beers (in cans). My meal burger, fries and beer was good, the lettuce & tomato fresh and it did not cost a bomb ($26, including tip).Service was good, friendly and attentive. Not a bad place to go.

Decided to pop in for a quick bite ordered the Lobster shrimp sandwich with a bowl of soup. Great service, tasty soup and really tasty sandwich .. just a little skimpy on the soup portion size and the the lobster sandwich was a little light on lobster. Enjoyed both , just saying we could have served a little more on both.

A wonderful find! My family and I were starving after wandering around Point Pelee and this little restaurant is sitting seconds outside of the park entrance, so where to eat lunch was quickly decided. This place serves all your typical lunch food like poutine and burgers, but also had some lovely surprises such as falafel wraps and hummus! What really stands out is the service. The day we went only who I presume to be the owner was there, and he greeted us so kindly and helped us to order before going and making all of our five meals in under twenty minutes while also serving another family! He was cheerful and obviously took pride in his food, especially his falafel which he told me he has been perfecting for some time, which definitely shows! It was some of the best falafel Iâve ever had. I would definitely come again and would highly recommend for a family meal which is extremely well priced and well located for a day at Point Pelee.

I love this place. Great food and nice servers. Only thing is a few times now Iâve ordered an item but ingredients indicated on menu were missing in meal. I get it if not ripe (should consider that if youâre a restaurant to ensure ingredients are available) but to serve the item without the ingredient and not say anything or offer extra of some other ingredient is not cool. Next time if you donât have a it tell your clients.

We are a family established Restaurant specializing in fresh Lake Erie Yellow Perch and Pickerel (walleye). Our fish is lightly breaded in panko breading and pan fried in garlic butter. We are voted number 1 by you our customers. We also feature a number
It's not often you find fresh perch and a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes on the same menu, but these seemed to be the specialties at Freddy's. We stopped after a lovely walk to Point Pelee, and were concerned that it might be too crowded at 6 p.m. on a Sunday night, but we were seated and served almost immediately. Freddy even stopped by to see how we were doing! My husband stuck with traditional perch, but added a side of baba ganoush, one of his favorite Mediterranean dishes, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I also mixed it up with coconut perch tacos and a side fatoush salad. All dishes were very good, although, as other reviews mention, I felt the prices were a bit high. Our waitress, June, was friendly and attentive and kept our drinks filled. Overall, a good experience.Thank you for an awesome review. I would like to if I may explain a bit of our menu pricing. Our menu prices are very competitive with other a like industry leaders. We also purchase only fresh top shelf items which are made in house, producing a tasty fresh fish for you to enjoy.
