Chalkboard food, and chalkboard drinks.
Went here to celebrate a friends birthday (sheâs a regular but I am not) we were seated at the bar because it was a full house. we were treated as though we were all regulars and I was approached several times to check in and was made to feel so welcome and familiar! We had fresh oysters which were delicious and freshly shucked in front of us with a large selection of accoutrements. We had the ravioli, the strawberry salad, and the salmon tartare. All were outstanding !! My friends had wine and they do have a wonderful selection I must say however I was not drinking and just had sparkling water but my glass was filled seven times. I do not eat out very often but I would give this place a 10 out of 10 for fast and very friendly service excellent quality food and value . Great experience!!

I have always loved having lunch with friends at Cats caboose in St. Catharines. On most visits my favorite meal is the buffalo chicken salad with an iced tea! The salad is a good size serving and when with the ranch dressing it's delicious! My friend gets hers with blue cheese dressing. The iced tea is well chilled in a tall glass. I will go back again soon!

Featuring local, fresh ingredients inspired by the Niagara Region, Dani's Bistro is your first choice for hearty, delicious, nutritious, gourmet cuisine at very fair prices! Pair with a glass (or two!) of your favourite VQA wine for the perfect night out!
Dropped in without a reservation in for preshow dinner. It looks like were were lucky to get a table. The menu is unique, an obvious effort was put in to make this place stand out from the crowd. I opted for the prix fixe option at $35. The food quality was fine, portions a bit on the small side, but all of it was lukewarm at best. I wouldn't call this place expensive but for that price I'd expect better. I'm undecided if I'd give them another chance.

Kelseys Original Roadhouse. We're about fresh ingredients prepared in-house always indulging outrageously, never letting a road trip become a guilt trip.
We all had fries on our plates, 6 of us, and all the fries were different one plate to the other. Some undercooked, overcooked or too greasy, others just fine. This tells me the kitchen is all over the place and that probably explains the mediocre food. For a franchise I would expect better quality and better operations in the kitchen. For this reason, I dont intend to go back anytime soon.Hi Jason, this doesn't sound right and we want to look into this! Please contact us at [email protected] and reference 74708. Thanks!

Traveling with my son and stopped at The Feathery Pub for a late Saturday dinner after unpacking him for University. Prices for both pints and food were very reasonable. I ordered the Steak and Mushroom Pie which came with lots of beef and mushrooms. I have had Steak and Mushroom Pie at other places where you had to play hide and seek through the gravy to find any steak or mushrooms. This was a good portion filled with the good stuff. My son had the Dagwood Sandwich which was piled high on marble rye bread. He thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had the balsamic greens as our side and they were a little wet from a bit too much dressing but not a big issue.DMthePMThank you very much for choosing the Feathery Pub for dinner & pints! We appreciate your business and appreciate you taking the time to share this review here on Trip Advisor! Also we wanted to take a moment to congratulate your son on starting (?) or continuing this year at Brock! We hope he turns into a regular!Cheers Tammy

Fully licensed upscale casual dining overlooking tennis courts within White Oaks Resort & Spa. Directly across from the Outlet Mall. Local craft beers on tap.
Our dinner at Play was very good. Itâs nice and quite with a relaxed feel. We ordered the Charcuterie board which had more than enough food for two and total delicious. We also had the fish tacos and a flatbread pizza, both fantastic. Service was excellent. Our server split the tacos onto two separate plates which was a great idea. We definitely will return next time we are at the White Oaks.Thank you "BigGeorge62" for your terrific feedback and taking the time to write in! It is so wonderful to hear so many great comments about your meal and service! Our Mission Statement is: "Each guest will be treated as though the success of our business depends on that individual alone"We truly appreciate your comments and look forward to your return visit!Sincerely,Heather Scerbo, Executive Assistant to the Hotel General Manager

I know this restaurant has a new sign which looks good and a much better appeal from the outside. But being in a strip mall the inside decor is pleasantly surprising. Very nice update. Nice job. Food was GREAT. Service super friendly. Total staff appears to be happy. I had a Ruben Sandwich with fries. I could only eat half but yummy. Awesome spinach dip and the deep fried ravioli is a nice change. Buffalo pizza was very spicy but we like that. The chicken sandwich was a winner as well. We will be going back the next time, we good see our daughter in Thorold.

had the pizza and wing special in the restaurant...pizza was really good, wings were not good at all, not crispy as requested and the sauce was bland and did not stick to the wings. Had also ordered some for takeout and the person eating those thought they were terrible, undercooked, not crispy, sauce sitting in the bottom of the container and not on the wings...expensive at 1.40 per wing and a waste of money when they aren't good

Love the outdoor patio. Love the atmosphere. Great entertainment, check their schedule. Pizza and wings and homemade fries are great too. Good service. I go for the fantastic music on Sunday afternoons and Wednesdays evenings. They have special events as well. Love this place

It was a bit of a push to get me to agree but was it ever worth it. From former cotton mill to a quality restaurant in just a few years is an amazing transformation. The Keg has long been a favourite place but it was always Waterdown. This time itâs St. Catharines. The menu is standard. Classics and Steaks. I usually have Prime Rib but I changed it up and had a steak. The staff was awesome. Helped me celebrated my birthday. Food tasted great. Remember to get a reservation. Itâs a very busy place. We got lucky.
