This is a great pub style restaurant. Fantastic specials everyday of the week, Tuesday .60 chicken wings, best I have ever had..pizzas are great and fajitas are yummy $10.00 I think on Wednesday. They also do a fab breakfast on the weekends..what can I say, guess I'm a regular. Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Island Mix Restaurant and Lounge welcomes you to fun, food, drinks, music and events. Away from the Caribbean Islands, our relaxing environment will take you back to the distant islands of fun, cheer and delectable dishes. Island Mixâs lunch and dinner me
I was introduced to this restaurant by a girlfriend & dined here as a party of 4. The restaurant has a nice ambience & you can smell the aroma of the food before you're even seated. We had reservations on a Friday evening & it was quite busy when we arrived. Their menu is a mix of Caribbean & Chinese which makes a nice change. Our server was quite jovial albeit a little distracted at times but overall quite pleasant. The wait for our food & drinks was a little longer than I had expected but I took into consideration that this cultural restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere & attitude similar to being in the West Indies.Once the food arrived it was steaming hot & looked & tasted delicious. You can choice a set meal if you want which is accompanied by rice or you can just order a few items off the menu & share amongst a group &/or couple. I couldn't fault the food I ordered which was a tofu dish with rice & steamed broccoli cooked in garlic. The prices are also reasonable for the portion size & they have some nice dessert options.I would have no hesitation in dining here again & am planning to bring my family for a meal next time.

We have been going to this restaurant since it was the Liverpool House. Was not pleased at the food or service when it was pubs.Went back again recently with a friend of ours and were very pleased with the $10 extensive menu and the wonderful service from Ricky. The Tv's were turned off so we could have a reasonable conversation. It started to get busy between 12.30 and 1 pm.Will certainly go back there.

I visited last month and sat in the bar. The service was okay, although the server/bartender didn't seem terribly thrilled to be serving anyone. When I sat down, someone from the kitchen brought wings to the table, and when I said that I hadn't ordered them, she looked really confused and just sort of stood there until the server told her where to take them.I ordered the chicken strip lunch special (five chicken strips and fries for $8). Unfortunately, the chicken strips were full of fat and tendons. I sort of had to eat around it. I wonder whether they save leftovers or lower-quality pieces for their lunch special. The fries were okay.Overall, I was not terribly impressed. Although the Pickering St. Louis is a newer location, the Whitby location offers better food and far better service.

This is one of my favourite spots. I have yet to be disappointed with any dish I have tried. Their home made soups are amazing. My favourite meal is the Grilled Mediterranean Salad with steak. The steak is always cooked to perfection and tender. The whole salad is served in an edible bowl freshly made. I can also vouch for the French Fries, Cheese Burgers and Breakfasts.Their portion size is large, so you get quality and quantity. The staff is friendly, efficient and have a lot of patience. They have daily specials including Sunday which is 40% off for seniors. You can't buy groceries that inexpensive!

The Works is a full service, licensed, casual dining restaurant chain with outdoors work themes. The restaurantâs main menu feature is burgers.
Went for an early mother's day treat on Saturday night. The place was probably only half full so we decided to go in. Our server was pleasant but she was also waiting on a group of about 8 men who seemed to monopolize quite a bit of her time (not her fault) so we waited too long for our meal. The selection of burgers and their toppings is quite impressive and its nice that vegetarians can choose between a soy burger or a Portobello mushroom. My daughter enjoyed her beef burger and I liked the taste of my soy burger but I wish restaurants would realize that they don't need to be on the grill for the same amount of time as meat. The edges were pretty burnt.Total for 2, with an appetizer and tip, no alcohol was $58! For burgers? We were looking for a budget-friendly place but this isn't it.

Have been here many times for dinner, if you go right a dinner time there is usually a wait, particularly on the weekends. This is a great family restaurant lots of good selection and food is very good. Staff are great and get people seated as quickly as possible. Don't really like their closed in patio area.

To begin..this restaurant has a huge menu to choose from. All the plates are very tasty and plentiful. I especially like the chicken fajitas which is basically enough to share. On special Saturdays. My friend enjoyed his prime rib sandwich..again a special on Saturday.Service is usually very quick and efficient. Servers are welcoming and friendly. Prices are fair.Only problem is thenoise factor. We try to sit to the left side which is quieter. We have made this a regular dining spot.
