This small restaurant is located in the Metro mall off Front Street. It advertises itself as a Vietnamese/Chinese food restaurant, but with just three options for Chinese takeout it is somewhat lacking. The food is hot, temperature wise, but otherwise even the supposedly spicy beef and greens was unremarkable.Egg rolls appear to be home made, a bit different, but okay.

It's your typical Chinese restaurant. I haven't had a bad meal here yet, so this is the place we usually go when we want Chinese food.

Came here for dinner with my partner and we ate from the a la carte menu. We ordered a lot of food and were glad that they forgot our deep fried scallops, cheese wontons, and seaweed salad. They also brought cheese mussels to our table that we did not order and a small miso soup. Very large sized portions, ramen was good but a bit salty and the pad Thai was just ok. Service was attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend coming for lunch or dinner. Clean place but odd music selection with a mix of pop, rap, and classic from 2010.

Thai Garden invites you to their establishment. They are open late all week and are reachable by car. The surrounding area is remarkable for its parks.
Have been here twice for dinner and the food was first rate. It's a fairly small restaurant, clean as a whistle and the prices are good. Was greeted warmly by the staff (including the chef) and seated promptly. After a fair and reasonable amount of time, our order was taken and our beverages were set in front of us in a matter of minutes. My husband ordered the Buddha beer and was quite surprised on how good it was.Quite the bottle. He actually had a second one. Our dishes were made within "viewing range" which was an interesting experience. The choices offered on the menu are quite extensive. Thanks goodness all dishes have a clear description of what they are and consist of. My chicken and coconut soup was spicey hot, but EXCELLENT! Having a boatload of water placed on our table was no problem!! There was no way I could finish it with the volume of food we had ordered and our waitress was very accommodating in packing the remaider to take home. Will continue to dine here when the urge for Thai food strikes again.

we go a few times a year with coworkers for lunch. We stick to the Himalayan style food mostly. It is very tasty and has some spice to the food if you request it. They also serve your basic north American style Chinese food. But I would recommend going with the Himalayan style. Food is very well flavoured, cheap and always enough left over for a second meal. Good food, good value.

What a satisfying experience. The food was great and mouthwatering. Can't wait to be in the Belleville area again to visit this welcoming and quaint restaurant. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

My family and I have enjoyed this place for years. Hole in the wall take out joint with minimum dine in seating. Nothing imaginative, just fresh, hot food.We ordered out last week and were disappointed to find that each to-go container was filled with 1/2 to 2/3 of rice hiding under the menu item. Donât get me wrong, rice is nice, but we got the feeling that they were trying to cut costs by padding their dishes. Translation- a pile of cheap carbs covered by very little of each dish we ordered. Sadly, the Pho Viet menu is in the recycle bin and we are in search of a new favourite take out. But if you like rice, you are all set!

Have been here a couple of times. A bit off the 401 if you are passing through but well worth the detour to the historic part of downtown Belleville. Street parking. Subdued, traditional decor/ambience. Very nice, fresh choices of soups and plates, at reasonable prices. Service is fast and friendly, and the server will explain/recommend dishes if you are not familiar with traditional Thai food (some of which can be quite spicy).

Honestly, there are some positives, but mostly negatives about our dining experience here that has made up our minds never to return again. When we arrived and asked if they had gluten free options for my daughter who is a celiac patient, the staff member advised me that they have gluten free soy sauce and we were welcome to look at the menu to see what she could eat. He was hard to understand because it was so noisy and unfortunately didnât seem to speak English very well, so I know there was a communication barrier. He told us that we could make a special order for our daughter, but when the time came for us to submit the order on the iPad, he never did place our order as per our request (he didnât even ask what it was). As a result, she was âglutenedâ and is now suffering from the oversight. The dishes themselves had very small portions - such as the fried rice, pad Thai, etc. The general tsaoâs chicken was tasty and was made with a sweet chili sauce. The pad Thai was gross as the sauce was predominately tomato - it tasted like it was made with ketchup. The sushi was decent. The staff that delivered our food were elusive. They would drop off a plate at the edge of our table and mumble something quickly as they walked away. We had no idea some of the time what the dish was and therefore who it was for. We found this to be frustrating as we had to catch one of them as they passed by to ask them what they had just dropped off. The woman who came at the end to give us the bill was really nice and she explained everything to us clearly. She seemed to be the most knowledgeable staff member that we talked to this evening. Overall, itâs a good place to dine if you donât have any dietary concerns and you want a quick meal.

Great sushi rolls, and great hot Korean dishes. Much better quality sushi than would be possible at an all you can eat place. Like steak I prefer quality over bulk. The Galbi Korean short ribs are amazing as is the Sushi Pizza- Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
