Barlows Skeeter welcomes you to their establishment. Explore a menu offering hamburgers, priced at 11$ to 25$ and can get there by public transit. The neighboring location is notable for its parks and merchants.
Having been raised in the Grove this used to be a grocery store. Coming here is just a wonderful experience for anyone who knew the old Grove, and for those who just want great food in a fabulous location. The summer salads are phenomenal and their wings are huge..My son and husband love the Cuban sandwich and the broasted chicken is always my go to meal. Looking at the lake is always peaceful. You can sit on the outdoor patio and feel the lake breezes. The staff here is wonderful. Food and drinks come quickly. The prices are great. It is very popular so reservations are a good idea. I wish they stayed open later but understand that it is expensive to pay staff when there are not that many late goers. There has been a wonderful improvement in the wines as they now have Dark Horse winery Sinfully Red and white wines from Grand Bend. House wines should be of decent quality..and they never were very good so being able to order this wine is a step up!

This restaurant isn't much to look at but excellent food and very friendly owners. The spinach burger is absolutely delicious. The food has a greek flair to it and it is all awesome. Grab a tray, make your order in the open kitchen and enjoy.

Waited for over an hour to eat food that was cold and stale tasting. Nothing on the menu was appetizing or even looked it. Wait staff is awesome but arenât helped at all by any managent. Management seems to just gossip and do nothing. Awesome location taken by a sub-par restaurant (at the very least). I know from personal experience their food is not fresh, and the downstairs is dirty due to not being finished. Itâs dusty musty and some of the food is crusty. Even the employee bathroom is disgusting. Food and sauces are easily prone to contamination, especially with the way they restock condiments downstairs. Would never recommend to eat at this place. Itâs more so the hype of the name but the brand and people behind the brand are ridiculously rude and need to find a new profession.

Wanted to try this because of the high reviews, but donât understand why everyone is rating it so highly. Staff were friendly and thatâs it. My hubby had the beef sandwich, it was ok. I had a chicken wrap with French fries. I ask for the fries extra crispy and they didnât make it crispy, my sandwich was very bland. I had a tossed salad and they offered so little dressing on it, and was mostly white lettuce, I thought I was a rabbit. They offer a bun but the buns are those cheap ones that you buy and it wasnât even warm. I took one bite. The atmosphere is a greasy diner. The bathroom was stinky and peaking into the kitchen there was grease and grime all over the walls. I canât believe people would eat here twice. If we had found this restaurant in the middle of butt $# nowhere then I would have been quite happy to stumble onto this place, but we are in the city and there is way to many good places to eat then to be here. Also for being a small diner it was quite pricy for two people. We ended up paying $33. I would not come back here.

We stopped in here on a Fri about 5 pm. Quickly seated with menus and beers within 5 minutes. I had the pulled pork wrap and warm potato salad. Hubby had chicken club with potato salad too. Food was great as it always is. Service was good with an attentive waitress. This is one of our favourite restaurants in Sarnia.

The place to go in Sarnia .. for Best Breakfast and Luch.. Frech Fruits .. Friendly ..Comfortable .. Family ..
We use to have breakfast regularly at Selena's South East Cafe where breakfast with fresh fruit started. The breakfast menu was good and still is. However, the price has been going up and up, and that forced us to look for other breakfast places that also serve fresh fruit with breakfast. There are now several breakfast venues that serve fresh fruit with breakfast with a more reasonable price. We have seen the number of customers going to Selena's south East Cafe decline over the years, although the food is still good. In addition to breakfast, a limited number of Thai food is served in this venue.

Recommended by the locals, this is a fine place for breakfast. Big variety, well prepared, reasonable pricing -- what more can you ask?

I had breakfast here yesterday and was treated to a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make me, and my service dog Vitus comfortable. The food was delicious and the portions ample. I highly recommend this restaurant!
