I walked in and ordered and was quoted a time of 25 minutes. But sat there for 40 minutes and watched several people wait impatiently for their orders as well. I heard at least two other patrons say that they were quoted a wait time of 25 minutes but waited nearly and hour for their food. One man was very irate and they would neither refund his money (not sure if they can't or the cashier didn't know how to). We weren't in a rush so we didn't mind the wait but it was very SLOW. Staff could also probably use more training.On the positive note... the stuffed crust pizza tastes great.

My wife and son love thin and crispy pizza. Domino's delivers thin and crispy. Great deal on two topping pizzas so everyone gets what they want. We get takeout from here about once every two weeks. If you are looking for simple, this is great.

This store seriously needs to work on it's customer service. We love the food but after a recent order, we just can't take it anymore. The service is so terrible. We had the owner himself taking our order and he was rude and short. He acted like he didn't want to honor a coupon given to us from a manager from a PREVIOUS mistake to an order. We've had orders put in wrong, take hours and have wrong totals.All in all, multiple mistakes have been made with orders and any effort to fix them was done begrudging. We will no longer be eating here.Gabby, while it's great to know that you love our food, it's really disheartening to hear that you've been disappointed with the service. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to impress you, if you would please email us at [email protected], so we can learn how to earn another chance with you.

Pizza Shoppe reminds me of family pizza places we visited when I was a kid. Atmosphere was great. Service was friendly but a little slow and disorganized; had trouble getting our order right. Pizza was really good. Great place for families. We will visit again.

My sister and I met up at Savastanoâs for lunch. They have a really good salad bar and Iâd definitely recommend the garlic ranch dressIng. We also had a 6â pizza to go along with the salad which was yummy! Our waiter was super nice and service was great.
