Great food, great service!Thank you to Courtney in the restaurant side. Very friendly and timely - great service.Shrimp on the barbie for an appetizer - full of flavor, well cooked. Two skewers of four shrimp (not overly large) served with bread. Sirloin steak with lobster tail and mashed potatoes - nice cut of steak, cooked to my specifications (medium/well) - lobster was decent. I've had better but not in Norman, OK so far. No vegetables (did not miss them, but could have completed the meal with a salad or some color).I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Experience the warm flavors of the Southwest at Hollieâs Flatiron Grill! We like to spice things up by adding the flavors of hatch green chiles and chipotle or jalapeño peppers to traditional favorites.
Four of us ate here based on advice at our hotel. However, it didn't live up to expectations. We arrived about 7 pm on a Thursday and the place had very few customers. There are a lot of booths which we liked. The atmosphere is excellent as you don't feel like this is just another restaurant. Our server Zoe provided excellent service, timely and attentive. The prices are high for what you get, which is only one side with most entrees. I had the smothered chicken and a baked potato. Each was good but somewhat average. The chicken has some cheese and onions on it. The menu has good variety but not a lot of choices.Parking is ample. The noise level was low, The temperature was cold with a draft from the a/c vent.Thank you very much for sharing this with us. Upon being seated and drink order taken you will receive a mini loaf of their wheat bread which is always served hot with butter. Very tasty. Steaks are cooked to perfection with a scoop of garlic butter on top. They have classic and ceasar salad I recommend the ceasar! They have seafood entreeâs as well but I have not tried those. They regular a sweet baked potatoes and both are very good. They have several vegetable selections. All are good but I recommend the asparagus. They also have a full bar. Service has always been exceptional with a visit by the manager one each visit.

This was a nice modern casual restaurant that reminded me of upscale casual chains like Houstons, Charlestons, J. Alexanders and Coopers Hawk. However, the food was only average and not worth the price. We got the stuffed poblano pepper as an appetizer. Good thing there were two of us since it was huge, and was entree size. The ribeye steak was gristly, and smothered in gravy (no gravy was mentioned on the menu and who would do that to a good steak?). However, the brussel sprouts (substituted for potato) and veggies. There was a $4 upcharge for the substitution, which the waitress never mentioned despite training someone. I was very disappointed (as was my business colleague who got the same thing) on what turned out to be a $60 meal, a poor value. I will not return.

My time here was okay. The service was alright, nothing special. My server wasn't as attentive as I wish. However my steak was really good.
